Kozak Foundation for new Canadians
piggy sev
Canada seems to be missing a mechanism to address new citizens and get them involved somehow. The gov't seems to be missing a set program and any financing is absent. Ultimately it would be an investment, to finance new players, but unfortunately, not everybody views it that way. We have a severe population crisis.
To combat this problem, I decided to create a new foundation to support new Canadians. It would have to be financed by individual donors. Hopefully if I get into Congress, this proposal can be addressed in the legislative branch and get some government financing for it.
Currently I'm also looking for any Canadian MU to cooperate and create a Military Academy for these new players. This could be in a form of a single regiment, or if it's a small MU, the whole unit. Ideally such Academy would have to be within or under the control of the Canadian Armed Forces.... If there are any MU commanders, who are willing to cooperate, please contact me.
The program will consist of an aid package for the new comers. They would have to join the Military Academy and put on a uniform. For this they would receive an aid package consisting of 25 q2 guns and 200 q2 food. The new citizen is more likely to stay in the game, if there is direct connection and contact with him/her. Them main goal for now, is to retain those players who join the game.
The goal for this month, is to raise the Canadian active population from 1,040 to 1,100. Similar programs are in place in other countries with bigger populations....
Later on, an IRC channel might be created, if enough people join this initiative. (Technique also used by other countries)
All transactions will be reported in weekly articles.
If you are willing to participate in this Foundation as a donor, active member, or a MU commander, please contact me.
Thank You!

Whose multi are you?
Is that the best insult that you can come up with?
I wouldn't call that an insult. I wasn't expecting to get an answer either.
Vocal new players in eCanada are usually either multies trying to play the game the opposite way they do on their "real" account, or new accounts of old players who left their old account die.
I played for Ukraine about 1.5 years ago. The environment there was pretty toxic though. It was hard to get anything done.....
I see. If you need help with that MU let me know, as I believe it's a good idea
I'm hoping that the current MU commanders can cooperate well enough to dedicate if not the whole MU, then at least a regiment. We can start with a single regiment, and then expend more and more. Thanks for the help.
Give him a break..... I know there are many multis but until I know better maybe he is just a new player who cares.
AFAIK Kozak Bohun has unique account in eCanada. I'm also interested in Canadian affairs but I need bonuses
Interesting, eCanada used to have Boomers Academy (a MU that primarily focused on new citizens). It was a top class MU for new players, but the commanders have since moved on or had little time for it. Unfortunately it is now defunct due to most other MUs here providing the same service with a higher supply service. (For example 7 q6 weapons and 65 q5 food/day if you work for a slave wage)
I'm interested though to see what you can do, as long as you can provide numbers/reports as to where this aid goes to and if you have difficulty finding a MU commander, I'll pitch in 50% of what it costs to start a new MU.
Thanks for the offer, but I think it would be wiser to cooperate with the current MU's and invest that 40 gold in the foundation. It would have much more success that way..... It doesn't have to be a whole MU. It could start out with a single regiment within some MU.
Regardless, my offer stands if needed.
How would you attract new players to the said regiment in a MU? The CP could include it in the welcome message, but most new players (I assume) would join either a big MU of something with Canada in the name and be in any regiment.(eg. CoI & CAF)
This can be done through an invite. The aid package would be given out after the player joins the MU as an incentive.
Sounds like a good idea to me, should you need any assistance please don't hesitate to contact me!
Boomers fell through because we couldn't get universal support. The idea was that all new players would go through Boomers to learn the basics with individual mentors and then move onto the main MU's. This way the main MU's could focus purely on fighting. It is a struggle, even with multiple people working on it, to catch new players before they join another MU
Yes, apologies.
Homer, I think in order to resolve that problem, we have to work with our largest MU's to create the United Armed Forces of Canada. A way that government could control these MU's, is that the President would appoint his 2nd commanders. At the same time the MU's would be financed by the gov't. This way, we have a national army made up of multiple units and generals, towards which we can redirect the youngsters from the Academy.....
