Hi eChina, I dunno whether you know me or not as this is the first time in 2 erep years i have posted my first article in eChina.


Yes even eChina loves Phoenix and i am sure 100% Chinese agree with me.

By Phoenix i mean Phoenix Talons a.k.a Fenghuang Claws or the Indonesians call “Angsio Cakar Ayam”. which in English means "Chicken Feet"



In Chinese cuisine, chicken feet are often an option at dim sum restaurants, served as "phoenix talons." The chicken feet are deep fried or steamed first in order to make them puffy before being stewed and simmered in a sauce flavoured with black fermented beans, bean paste and sugar.
