Today I would like to write about a worrisome trend going on the eMalaysia market.
I will only touch on three parts on this problem and they are the prices of Q2 Food,the rate manufacture salary and lack of manufacture workers.I will only touch on this three parts because I own a Q2 Food company so I know what I'm talking about.
Ok now,2 days ago selling Q2 Food in eMalaysia will only earn me about 0.3 Gold per day or sometimes if I'm lucky 0.5 gold but now I can earn 1 Gold per day by selling Q2 Food in eMalaysia. 2 days ago a Q2 Food cost MYR 2.44(with tax) per product than yesterday it cost about
MYR 2.99(with tax) and shockingly today it cost MYR 3.60 per product.As an owner of a Q2 Food company I know that the cost to produce a Q2 Food is not increasing thus there are no reason for them to increase the price.This is a very unhealthy trend because most newbies can only afford Q2 Food and with this increase they will have problem to build up their own fortune and at the same time to maintain their own wellness.
So what is the reason for this sudden increase in Q2 Food in eMalaysia?Well it is no other than the good old friend of many businessmen,Mr Greed of course.This is a big problem with many eMalaysian businessmen no matter in what type of industries they are.Let me take for example a week ago suddenly eMalaysia is running out of stocks on Q1 Gifts.Suddenly a new stock arrived at the market and the price has DOUBLE!!! I said to my self,don't they know that if the product are too expensive no one will buy them because they have a better alternative???Well it seems the Q1 Gift manufactures in this country learned that the hard way.Now the price
is going down again.

Lets go back to the Q2 Food issue.Everyday I will only sell about 15 Q2 Food in eMalaysia with the cheapest price.This is a way for me to contribute something for
my beloved country,eMalaysia.For example today with the Q2 Food price at MYR 3.65(with tax) I sell my products at MYR 3.00(with tax) meaning I lost MYR 0.65 for every
product but hack I don't care because this is my duty as an eMalaysian.Below I provided some graph on Q2 prices.

Now I will talk about salaries.I will only touch on the manufacture salaries because as I mention before I only know about the condition of this industry.Well recently the salaries are on the rise and this is a good news of course for eMalaysia but not so good for companies owners.Well some people said "Hey with the price of products rising it will cover up the salaries expenses" well yes they are right but that is not what I want to talk. What I want to talk about is how some company owner are being selfish when it comes in hiring workers.Yes I know bushiness is war but this is a war where most of your competitor is your own countryman.For example,the highest salaries for manufacture level 3 being offered in job market is MYR 14.01 but the second highest is MYR 12.So when there's a big differences in the salary offered how can others who can't compete find workers.Again this comes to the personal moral value of the person.This time the good old friend of almost all businessmen Mr Selfish.

The third and the last part in this article is the lack of manufacture workers in this country. We are on a danger level because we haven't got a new worker for sometimes now.If you
look at National Food Ltd. the government own manufacture company,all of the newbie are dead.How can we solve this problem?Well we need a baby boom of course but it is easier said than done but if each one of us can at least attract one person in this game than we will have a baby boom in no time.In the end it is up to that person and nothing else.

well. first off, what i wanna say is. the market price is driven by market force.
Price can rise n drop, it all depends on the buyers/ market force.
Take gift for example. price is dropping when there is overproduction and nobody buying it. but once the owners has sold sufficient amount for the day he might raise price again jz to earn tht extra 30 cents or so. haha. More a times gift price drop till a rate where its cheaper then global market. at that time foreign investor swirm in buy myr with gold from banks or vendors at the monetary market and start mopping the gifts out of the markets.
this is quite good for the country coz our currency is bought and flown back into market where as gold is added to the national revenue. Therefore our country is quite flourishing in terms of economy due to the recent "company boom",but it is bad for local people who missed out on the cheap prices and have to endure the expensive price. Many a times i feel this game is bullying newbies. coz they jz started and rarely can afford the prices even at its cheapest state. so i propose that newbies pm company owners to get a discount if u need some products for personal use of coz, not for reselling ok. haha dnt abuse people's kindness.
so what u think of my idea?
Well your idea is good but how many company owner are willing to do so?beside that if you notice I talk in terms of Q2 Food scope and only use Q1 Gift as an example which clearly showed how greedy people are and yes the reason why our newbies are dying is because of the way companies work.I mean you can see I always sell my products as low as I can and yet I still made 1.5 Gold everyday so there is no excuse for other Q2 Food companies based on eMalaysia to increase prices as they will.
I think dont worry too much about this la. We let the market sort it out on itself.
Or u can propose to the ministry of finance to sell q1 food at super low price to newbies. or maybe donate it to them as help to live.
About the salary in the job market i would also like to point out that many starting companies will pose ridiculous salary just to fill their ranks 1st. then slowly they will reduce ur salary once they feel that they are not making a profit. So its best to be loyal to ur company. and ask nicely from boss for a raise. if he is unable then u ask permission to work elsewhere. I think this is better then jz quitting and run away to the next salary u see higher than yours every 3 days. This will make company owner more appreciate ur presence coz u stick with him when times are hard. and he would reward u more often then others(not guaranteed, but i hope he has a heart la haha).
Well if we do that than Q1 Food company will go bankrupt.beside that with the new hospital rule a newbie need at least Q3 to maintain their wellness level on positive.Q1 and Q2 food just slow down the process until they are capable of buying Q3 food.
Beside that the government should created a new guide for newbie in maintaining wellness because the old one are obsolete
I just hope Mr. President and MoF can answer your questions.

Well done for bringing this to everyone's attention! I myself have suffered from the fast price rises of Q2 food. If things keep on going at this rate, I will have to switch to Q1. I dont really understand how the economy works, but from the looks of it, there is quite a big poor-rich divide here. Can the market really sort itself out?

From my thoughts on the eMalaysian economy (and I was actually going to open Q2 food within the next few days/weeks...) company owners just look at the cheapest price on the market, and go .01 MYR lower than that.
And you have insane competition for workers, which raises salaries to an exceedingly high level.
The only solutions I can think of are:
1) A Q2 food cooperative, where company owners work with each other to better the nation
2) Lower your prices to an acceptable level, eventually the market will force the greedy owners out of business
3) Government intervention-which wouldn't happen.
Why wont govt intervention happen?
(meanwhile, will pray for the markets .. and Mr.Mansour's soul 😃
government Intervention won't happen because we are against that. Only in dire circumstances, when national security/ jobs are threatened.
Eventually Adam Smith's "invisible hand" will sort everything out.
1)Well to get all owners to work together is impossible because based on my experience they valued their money more than their country.
2)I did that and from the 24 hours graph you can see the food price drooping but it seems I'm the only person who doing that and as soon my product are sold out the price increase again.
3)I don't think gov can do anything even if they want to intervene
To let the market sort it out..........well I don't really have much high hope there even it will sort out by it self eventually may be it will take some time and may be the damaged have been done

yes indeed. what noveras said is true. its a free market. therefore govt wont intervene. its unhealthy to intervene. furthermore economy in eMY is flourishing, intervention would disrupt this. Easiest way is gov set up a food company to sell to newbies and eMY for cheaper price. but in doing so gov will kill Companies, which are back bone of eMY economy.
so basically, i also dont know what im talking about ;P

There is no question that it will take time, and due some damage. This is how the invisible hand works. Just wait for things to work out.

Could we really do anything about it? No, not really. There is no truth I am hiding.
However, I have gone ahead with my planned establishment of a Q2 food company; and hopefully in working with Noveras, can bring some sense to the market, and speed up the invisible hand.

And nice work guys, its looking like the price of Q2 food is slowly droppping. I never quite got the reason behind the rise though. Was it really greedy businessmen? If this is the case, then perhaps this column should make an investigation report on the culprits and produce a "Hall of Shame". Adam Smith's invisible hand might be powerful, but it will still have to contend with the Kung-Pao Karate Chop of investigative journalism!
So we already found out there is no invisible hand, we, ourselves, need to do this and we did not adam's invisible hand.
