EBE, the 99% and the capitalistic state.
Vincent Pain
The "99%" is not a social whole. Some leftist people bring a story, where the "99%" is characterized as a homogeneous mass. The "ordinary people" who are referred to as the "99%" often seem suspiciously like the predominantly white, middle class law abiding citizens that we know from TV, but looks as homogeneous society in reality not.
It is a misstake to divide the masses som of uss are much longer attacked by capitalism and fight for generations against the injustice that characterizes this system. The middle classes, who are currently losing their social status, can learn much from those who have never shared their privileges.
It is not only the "bad apples" who caused the problem. The crisis is not the result of the selfishness of some bankers, it is the inevitable consequence of an economic system at every level of our society encourages cutthroat competition. Capitalism is not static, but a dynamic process that devours everything in its path, the planet reduces to commodity for profit. Now almost everything possible thrown into the fire is, the system will come in and those who formerly were favored wel get to stand in the cold. In returning to an earlier stage of capitalism, such as the gold standard, for example, is not the answer. This is not only impossible, earlier stages of capitalism did not benefit the "99%" worldwide. If we want to escape from this crisis, we need to rediscover how we relate to each other and the world around us to relate.
Glorify obedience to the law. The law is ultimately the privileges of the rich and powerful to protect its monitoring is not necessarily moral - it can even be immoral: slavery was legal, and too the Nazis kept the law. We need the power of our consciousness and conscience development, and what do we know that it is good, regardless of the law.

Voted hard! That's what I've been preaching for all this time
When a congressman exercises his by admins given right to invite a good friend of his, he shouldn't be banned because one unelected minister says it's the law he can't do that and ban him when he does anyway. In-Game laws says he can, so he should.

voted! Sometimes RL messages can work IG. I can only apploud if one finds such texts. In this game everything is recycled (have a look at 99% of all images used in articles) so why would it be wrong to recycle a text?
How many ways can you think of to shoot a message down without going in to detail?
The 100% of this game are neither average white middle class or ultra rich bankers A Vegan, this text has no room to apply in game. What I resent is people who are unable to put in even the slightest of their own while targeting their hate solely on the representation of power without reflecting what really did happen. Achieving change for a better left is not achieved with this kind of out of context propaganda.
Keep your real life out of the game, it'll be more fun.
And if you really want some creativity of trolling people because you're roleplaying an anti-power anarchista, take a look at shadow's work. You have to give him some credit for that, he does take the time to keep things within context.
This is 100% Daily Dealer Nohjis.... shame on you for believing it's not.
The richest 10% of Europe own about 50% of the wealth. The average top manager earns no less than 110 times the wage of 1 average worker. These are only a few facts,
http://www.erepublik.com/fr/article/ebelgium-is-build-on-fear--2124004/1/20 Feel free to read and vote this article.
Wim, this is a game. there's noone in the entire world of eRepublik that earns 110 times more due to being a top manager. You apparently don't understand eRepublik is a game and not the real world.
Why are you talking RL? Even so, what is Europe? All of Europe? The Eurozone? Your stats are problematic as it is dishonest. If you look at Germanic countries like BE, NL, Ger, Den, Swe, and Nor, the income gap is really low, about 3 times different. Also if you look at the Gini Coefficient, Europe have the lowest economic inequality in the world. I would advise you to look at the Gini Coefficient and indexes in the future.
there is nobody who keeps you from being a top manager in RL, except your own ideas maybe.
If it was so, you surely would not refuse your monthly check, but hey, you would be a bit older and a lot smarter.
one's consciousness and common sense keeps herself from being a top manager. (in any system) 100% of populace can't be greedy top managers. there need to be someone to do the actual work.
Well Konrad, the heart of Democracy is economic democracy, therefore the democratization of income inequality is the only way for real democracy. Definition of the Gini coefficient:
1. The Gini coefficient is usually used to measure income inequality.
2. The use of this requires that no one has a negative net wealth.
3.The Gini coefficient is also used for a wealth of income compensation policy, a comprehensive social security and social benefits in kind and social philosophy behind it.
@Wim Economics is only a part of the narrative of democracy. Equality is not the sole indicator but it is one of the many variables. If you look at economics, in most cases the higher the GDP per capita, the more likely it is democratic. Equality plays a role but it is not the determining factor. India, Mexico, and Argentina have high inequality but is democratic. East Germany and Hungary in the cold war have the econ development and equality was not democratic. Econ is not the sole indicator.
Also, the results of the Gini coefficient which shows most of Europe are scored the lowest in the Gini coefficient (score is from 0-1 where 0 is totally equal and 1 is totally unequal and at times shown as an percentage). So you really have no case at all.
It is not the determing factor. The determing factor is power, those in power make the rules and of course, everyone should stick to those rules. But to get those rules accepted by the people, the politicians and powerfull people must explain why those rules are in favor of the lower classes. Then they force, threatening with punishment, the observance of those rules.
Konrad, you'll soon find out that your lines are not in favor of the 99% lower classes (which is not the intention of those rules) and it happens with some regularity that the lower classes will find out.
Wrong again Wim, the determining factor are values and will. What the community place values on like environmental issues etc or is it on other things like getting food on the plate. While there is an econ component to his, but in India the values trumps that of the immediate econ needs. National will is important for a democracy needs the people to act as one to be influential and worthwhile.
You keep throwing the word power around. What does power mean?
