Hello, i would just like to share some thoughts about the situation in eCyprus and some ppl and behaviours.

ENGLISH VERSION




Inci International
First of all, to my Inci International friends.. nobody said that you are unwanted here and if he did, it was about trolling.

But let me analyze it a bit more. I was one of the first Inci International members and even a commander of this unit. I left it because i considered the policy of supplies unfair.

In my mind it is unacceptable for an Military Unit to distribute 31 Q6 weapons per two days while a huge baby boom had been made the previous month in eCyprus. It is unacceptable NOT to try to organize and strengthen your infrastructure when you are in a long period without battles.

My suggestion was to make Inci International something like a "Cyprus elite MU" with specific requirements of STR. Everything would be more normal. Less people would be distributed with this amount of supplies and theese people would deserve it because of their STR and damage. I saw weak players leaving their first Units in order to join I.I.F and get better supplies.

Edeninci
Edeninci have chosen their way in the game. When i was vCP of KypriosEL's cabinet i joined their channel in IRC two times and i asked them to participate in the Distribution programme of the eCyprus.

I also tried to solve this issue with their behaviour against eCyprus but they rejected me twice.

I respect their decision to differ from eCyprus and rest iNCi but they must respect our community too. They must follow their words and stop dealing with Cypus. Distribution issue is an eCyprus issue and they have nothing to do with.

Japan newbies
I will explain the problem coz many ppl may not know. Some months ago a inci-boom was organized in eJapan and after it failed, theese Japaneese olws decided to join eCyprus and they asked 1)Citizenship 2)Golds for licenses

I think we should help them to become part of our community but this is a decision not me nor Depici will take. Its a government's and congress's problem to decide what they will do.


Cyprus P.T.O ?
I saw people i respect like Megalexandros claiming that eCyprus is under iNCi PTO. I totally disagree with this opinion. iNCi are not racists nor ptoers and they proved it one month ago when they elected a RL life Cypriot who was not so popular in the community.

Moreover it's waste of time to mention the actions of iNCi in the past (leaving eTR, joining TERRA, helping Greece etc)



Everyone believes what he wants to believe.

RESPECT
For me this is the most important category of my article. Every side MUST learn to respect each others. Some people like me love this 'behavior' of iNCI with insults etc but many others do not. and we should deal with it. Blaming people who have helped that much is ungratefulness

Impeach
How the hell can you impeach a CP of two days? We do the actions we abused in the past and thats dissapoints me.

İlk olarak iNCi Internationaldaki kardeşlerime söylüyorum ki: kimse burada sizi istemiyor değil, eğer istemiyor diyorsa o trollüyordur.

Ama biraz daha durumu inceleyelim. Ben iNCi International'in ilk üyelerinden biriydim hatta komutanlık bile yaptım. MUdan ayrılmamım sebebi dağıtımların adil olmamasıdır.

Bence, MU'nun geçen ay babyboom olduğu sıralarda 2 günde 31 Q6 panzerin verilmesi kabul edilemezdi. Kabul edilemeyen savaşsız bir dönemde babyboom yaparak ülkenin kendini güçlendirmesi değildir.

Benim önerim, eğer iNCi International Kıprısın elit MU'u yapılmak isteniyorsa belli bir str sınırı getirilmesidir. Herşey daha iyi olur. Böylelikle daha az insana dağıtım yapılır ve herkes STRsine ve damageine göre hakettiği dağıtımı alır. Zayıf oyuncular MUlarını bırakıp iNCi International'e girmek ve daha iyi dağıtımdan yararlanmak istiyorlar.

Edeninci
Edeninci bu oyunda kendi yolunu çizmiştir. Ben KypriosEL in yardımcısıyken Edeninci kanalına iki kez girdim ve onların dağıtımdan pay almak isteyip istemediklerini sordum.

Ayrıca Kıprısa karşı takındıkları tavır sorununu çözmeye çalıştım ama 2 kez beni reddettiler.

Ben onların kendilerini kıprıstan ayrı tutma kararına saygı gösteriyorum ama onlar da bize saygı göstermeliler. Sözlerini tutup kıprısın işlerine karışmamalılar. Dağıtım kıprısın kendi sorunudur, onları ilgilendirmez.


Japon yavrular
Durumu bilmeyen bazı arkadaşlara şöyle açıklayayım: Bir süre önce japonyada bb yapılmaya çalışıldı ve başarısız olundu. Başarısızlığın ardından oradaki yavrular kıprısa gelmek istediler ve iki şey istediler: vatandaşlık ve lisans altını.

SAYGI
Bence bu bölüm makalenin en önemli bölümüdür. Her taraf diğerlerinin görüşüne saygı göstermek zorundadır. Bazıları benim gibi iNCi nin hakaret etmesi gibi davranışlarını hoş karşılamakta ve sevmekte ama diğerleri sevmemektedir. Bununla yaşamayı öğrenmek gerekir. Bu kadar yardım eden insanları suçlamak hoş değildir.
