Bang goes the Military / Politic Peace
John Killah
Was this a long time coming? Quite possibly. Ever since the change to the Constitution (Yes, we do have one, I was shocked when I heard one) that allowed more Congress Oversight of the JCS Structure (Mainly, the CJCS), I'm in no doubt that the JCS have been pretty pissed about it, who can blame them?
But to basically tell the eUS Government that regardless of what they do, the eUS Military will act with or without funding, well, this is unprecedented! They've pretty much declared an independance of sorts, and I for one never thought i'd see the day when these two behemoths fell out.
What should we do? Well, the ordinary eCitizen of the eUS, should watch and learn how we try to solve this. The eUS Military and Congress need to speak to each other and try to solve this animosity between them because this rift is endangering the country, regardless of if the military goes ahead with battle plans.
My main thought is that a big problem here, is ego's. One of man's worst enemies, when you reach the top, you sort of lose vision sometimes and you get a bit too big for your metaphorical boots. Put the ego's aside, and concentrate on the bigger thing - The Nation.
That's my two cents.

Declaring Independence is un-American.
Haliman is un-American.
Haliman, how do you think we became a nation bro?
I thought a government run military is a government control military? I don't see why they start going crazy when the government says well we need more oversight.
Anyways, its awkward that they say independent US military since they weren't really that independent to begin with. They were funded by the government and supported by the government, thus its a government run program.
If on the other hand they were to start leaving individually establishing there own military group and starting new then they would have a right to complain. As a person who pays taxes, the money that they get are "investments" meaning they are allowed to use that money for battle and to create companies.
The term stealing is a bit more harsh then I would like it to be its more like a loss due to uncontrollable circumstance..
If the military really wanted to be independent they would just start a brand new military banner return remaining assets, mainly just the buildings. Any weapons or money, food they can keep and then tell the US government, here are your buildings good luck and hope you find a new military group/leader.
You can't be run by the government and funded by the government and call the government a takeover since technically its there program to begin with. I just find it awkward that after all this time, they new the government wanted more oversight and yet they keep taking money and investment every time the government gives it to them.
If on the other hand they were to start leaving individually establishing there own military group and starting new then they would have a right to complain....
every heard of a mass exodus...right before an invasion???
Didn't the military just get rid of a bunch of foreigners from the US soil???
Same old same old, Emerick cums on all of use and claims another victory for himself
