Episode 103 : Love is Deception

Irule awakens in a foreign room and a foreign bed. Scottty is already up and in the kitchen brewing up some coffee for his hangover. Irule slowly crawls out of bed, musters on some clothes and makes his way into the kitchen groggily.

“Morning.” Irule says.

“Morning sleepyhead.” Scottty answers in a sweet high pitched voice.

“Wh-what happened last night?” Irule mutters, stumbling a little as he walks into the room.

“Honestly? I have no idea,” Scottty cheerfully replies, taking a sip of his coffee. “All I remember was that I was with you, Irule!”

Irule watches as Scottty chuckles and walks up to him. “What do you wanna do today, Scottty?” he asks, rubbing his eyes and wiping off the drool from the corner of his mouth.

“Well, I have to go...check up on some things. But you can stay here as long as you’d like!” Scottty replies, flashing a signature smile as he prepares to walk out the door.

“You’ll be back?” Irule pleads, grabbing Scottty’s hand as the latter takes his first step out the door.

“Of course, lovely!” Scottty charmingly replies, winking as he walks out.

As Scottty goes down the hallway, a loud honk blares outside. Irule walks out to the window to see two familiar faces get out of a bright pink car.

“What the...” Irule mumbles as the two figures walk into Scottty’s house.

Two sets of footsteps, one loud and bombastic and the other light and hesitant, click-clack up the marble steps to the 2nd floor where Irule is.

“IRULE! GET OUT HERE!” shoi bellows, clambering up the stairs with ferocity as Molly walks two steps behind, her eyes constantly shifting as she holds the handrail.

Shocked, Irule peeks his head out into the hallway, and finds shoi grabbing his hair and yanking him onto the ground.

“You know what I see, Irule?!” shoi yells, barely containing his fury.

“Nothing at the moment, seeing that your foot is on my face,” Irule responds, wincing in pain.

“Molly told me everything!” shoi furiously raves. “If leaving her wasn’t enough, you have the nerve to hit her? Into glass!? She could’ve died!”
Shoi flicks out his switchblade.

“And now you wish you were!”

Irule’s eyes widen, slowly backing away but running out of room as his back hits the wall. “L-look, we can talk a-about this, right? Like civilised folk?”

Shoi menacingly chuckles as he erratically shakes his head. “No no no...you broke my heart, you broke Molly’s, and I’m not gonna let you run around any longer!”

“You’re really gonna kill me?! Please, I-I’m beg-”

“I’m not gonna kill you, Irule. But I’ll put you damn close to it!” shoi yells, quickly plunging his knife into Irule.

Irule looks down and sees the blood start to seep into his clothes. He touches the handle of the knife stuck into his abdomen and looks at his back and sees the tip of the blade.

“Wh-what is...” Irule collapses, his disbelief unfinished.
