总统公告：
我们在审批国籍的情况下，都会要对方担保进入EC后，不参加政治，捣乱EC选举，竞选议员和参加政治是相等的。所以我们肯定会对参与PTO的国家或者势力给与更严格的审查。
移民局面这几天确实是工作缓慢，有的时候连回复都没有。但这不能成为PTO的理由。

Immigration situation these days is indeed slow, sometimes not even reply. But this can not be a reason for the PTO.
