Congress elections are back! So do you want an active Congressman helping out the eUnited Kingdom? If you want a hardworking, active, thoughtful Congress member then vote for CheetahCurtis in Yorkshire & Humberside.

About Me
- Joined eRepublik back in December, around the time when the eUK started to get wiped. But instead of quitting, I stuck with the country and persevered.
- Once a Congressman in London, voted into Congress with 17 votes when the eUK had 2 regions. I received the 4th most votes overall in that election.
- I run a newspaper, which is quite successful and has received a lot of praise from the eUK public.
- I'm very active, and since joining I have not even missed a single day of eRepublik working.
- I will fight for the eUK and it's allies, although my strength is not higher then some experienced players I still believe that every little helps, so must stick with the country to help them win.

So even though I haven't played the game for 3 years or earned 50 Campaign Hero medals, I still believe I will make a good Congressman and hope you vote for me.

What Do I Stand For?
There has been a lot of criticism about what Congressmen actually do. I have previously been a Congressman and have realised that what most Congressmen do is get into Congress, take there 5 gold, and not do anything. I believe this is wrong so will try to get Congressmen to do more to help out the country.

I shall vote in every single one of the laws passed through Congress, and I shall not vote 'abstain' either. My vote may only be one 40th of all possible Congress votes but many do not vote so if I do not vote either, who will?

I will continue to be active throughout the game whether I make it into Congress or not. So hopefully I will eventually grow into a great eUK citizen and deal massive damage, changing wars. For now, I can only gain more experience and help the Congress and country.

I will not take bribes from people trying to enter the country, insuring there are no Political Take-Overs.
