eAustralia

Yesterday, eIndonesia attacked the eAustralian regions of Northern Territory and South Australia. The attack on eAustralia comes following a significant loss of eIndonesian control over the eNation since the election of ATO candidate and current Country President Hinokai. The eIndonesian attack is supported by its nine allies, while eAustralia has only one remaining official ally (eVenezuela).

In a government statement, eIndonesia made it clear that their goal is to capture all eAustralian regions to maintain their control over the eNation via direct intervention. In addition to the direct attack, eIndonesia PTOers controlling the eAustralia congress recently increased the value added tax (VAT) on food and tanks to 50%, thus any soldiers needing to resupply to continue fighting will only be funding the eIndonesian attack machine.

Following the first waves of attack, eIndonesia captured the regions of Northern Territory and South Australia. Immediately after securing the two regions, eIndonesia pushed on with their war effort attacking the regions of Queensland and Victoria. Should the eIndonesian attack prove successful, eAustralia will be left with two remaining regions; Tasmania and the Capital of New South Wales.

In a statement yesterday, the eAustralia Government called for all citizens to move to the capital region.

The battles for Queensland and Victoria will begin to wrap up at 11:30 eRept time.

ePortugal

Yesterday, ePortugal attacked the eUSA region of Georgia. The attack is the first in months that ePortugal has engaged in any direct military conflict. In a statement in the government newspaper the Country President advised citizens that the main contributor to the action was to spur on the domestic economy, however that citizens should be prepared for a counter attack on ePortuguese regions as the attack activated the eUSA’s 13 military protection pacts.

The eUSA easily won the battle today outnumbering ePortugal forces six to one.

While no confirmation has been received from the ePortugal government on whether the attack was also meant as a distraction to the eUSA, with it close Brolliance ally eAustralia under major assault in from long time ePortugal ally eIndonesia, the timing has left many citizens calling the battles “clearly linked to larger Phoenix plans”.

eUK and eFinland

Today, the eUK acted on a threat is had issued to eFinland last week; in attacking two of the eNations regions; Vestlandet and Sorlandet. eFinland’s Government has been warning citizens of an impending attack for the last week, however the eUK’s plans had been delayed due to their attack (for Phoenix) on ePoland and the recent eCanadian attack on Wales. The attack halts eFinland’s plans to allow eNorway back into its Scandinavian regions, forcing the eNation to focus efforts towards preventing the eUK from gaining a foothold in the resource rich regions of eNorway.

The battles for Vestlandet and Sorlandet begin wrapping up at 13:30 eRep time tomorrow.
