[MDP] The Times They Are A Changin'
Muglack
Hello friends,
I'm writing this article today because I thought it only right that I write an article so that I have some media presence with the election looming on the horizon. As some of you may know I have been tasked with the job of leading the MDP for the next 30 days, and as a result have been developing a plan of action for the coming month.
I think it's clear to anyone who's been paying any sort of attention to the current political state over the past few months that things in eCanada have devolved to a state of pseudo-anarchy. The infighting and mudslinging has reached levels unseen since the removal of the ad module, and morale is at an all time low.
This is unacceptable, and I will not stand for it.
Earlier this month I was approached by members of the leadership of other parties and asked what could be done about the divide. While some progress was made between myself and individuals (most notably Addy Lawrence) the inclusion in the talks of people who make their eLiving fueling the flames rather than trying to douse them rendered the discussion completely useless.
Two steps forward, and three steps back. eCanada's unofficial motto.
With all of that being said, my vision for the Military Dictatorship Party:
1) The MDP will no longer promote, encourage or support actions that further the downward political spiral in which we find ourselves today.
2) The MDP will work with any parties interested in rebuilding eCanada. It's time to build bridges instead of just dancing as we watch them burn. But that being said we won't tolerate players who feign interest just so they can sabotage any potential progress before we are able to come together.
3) The MDP will do anything it can to support the coming war against the UK and any subsequent wars that come as a result. eCanada first, party politics second.
4) The MDP will do everything it can to move eCanada forward. I'm ready to leave the past in the past, and I hope I'm not the only one. I know that there are people entrenched in their positions who it will be impossible to work with because despite this being a browser game that have made things personal. I understand their positions, and they are more than welcome to take them, but that's not me. I'm ready to move on, and I hope I'm not the only one.
So that's my National Policy, and the position that the MDP will take under my leadership. I have other ideas for internal affairs, but they will take more time to undertake. They will be reshaped and changed after they are discussed and debated within the council so I see no reason to include them in the article since at this point they are little more than starting points. But rest assured changes are will be in the works.
Now with all that being said I look forward to working with people from other parties who are ready to put the bullshit behind us and start working together to move this country forward.
MDP - Ever Forward.

"a plan of action"
I'm all in for any action. Fight the boredom, not each other.
We have the muppet show to do all the mudslinging \0/
I thought I read Blooped was your new dictator?
I could get on board with this.
Go home, wanker! ~_^
What do you want to accomplish exactly? Can you name one goal or program?
I have no goals, and have planned no programs.
Setting goals and planning programs in the current environment would be the same as wearing a sign that tells people I'm insane.
I'll work to bring people together. Others will help and we'll get something done or they won't and go it alone and hope a grassroots movement builds around me. Either way I'll push forward.
So you calling me insane lol? That's the problem that I saw with parties in Canada. You guys have people from the same party fighting each other. There is no platform. People just join parties because they want to get to Congress, not because they believe in the same principles and strategy.....
Is that what you saw in the 1 week you've been here?
Awesome. Thanks for the insight. Your breadth of experience and hard earned insight in this game and country has truly opened my eyes.
You mean I didn't join MDP for the No Bullshit No Nonsense Standing they have? You've blown my mind here.
let me spell it out for you...
D-I-C-T-A-T-O-R-S-H-I-P
We shall see who gets more accomplished 🙂
You're stealing a party tomorrow because you didn't have enough faith in your cause to start your own.
That pretty much tells me everything I need to know.
Is that the best you've got? lol
All I've said is that you guys need a plan or a goal. WIthout a goal it is hard to move towards something. Don't take it personally.
I'd rather have 10 soft targets, than 1 hard target. My intentions can't fail because as long as there's some progress they will have been a success. You setting hard targets, and firmly entrenching yourself into a plan will lead to nothing but failure, because you will have to rely on others to get them done and I know for fact that people you need to support you most definitely will not.
We shall see 🙂
What are the MDP's comments on Ryldes current attempts to bribe his way into PP of the CPF?
I for one am shocked and dismayed. I thought he would have given more tanks per vote.
I'm upping the ante by offering 50 tanks to just take his 25. Only fair, I feel CPF bribe votes are worth far more than his lowball offer.
They only get the 25 after voting for me Bryan
Personally I don't support or endorse what he's doing, but he's an individual and he'll do whatever he wants whether I agree with it or not.
I appreciate the honesty Muglack, thank you.

Great article, fully supported!
Good luck to the next dictator of the MDP!

Good thoughts, but how? I suspect there are reasons why this hasn't happened already and those reasons are some powerfully large obstacles. Hope you succeed though.
We may not always see eye to eye, and that's a good thing IMO. You are a leader who stands for their beliefs, and can actually articulate themselves when addressing an issue.
I look forward to a strong MDP under your reigns

I like what I'm reading. o7, Muglack!
So now we're No Bullshit AND No Nonsense.
I'm in. o7
I like the No Bullshit, it's the Nonsense that bothers me. I look forward to Muglack stamping it out.
Two steps forward, and three steps back. eCanada's unofficial motto.
Totally relatable. 😃 Murphy's Law is also ever present in my life.
Muglack is a citizen of character and I would be very pleased to see him take the helm of MDP. Godspeed.
I for one, welcome the changes this platform promises to bring forth. I am willing to put the hatchet to rest.

Dont. These idiots are still up to their old tricks and are PTO'ing the CCP by sending over players to vote for Rolo.
Muglack is the same as the others. No Honor and just a honour less cheat like the rest
Muglack is a citizen of something.

eCanada first, party politics second
A rareity in Canada. I wish you good luck. I would like to see the other parties adopt this mantra.
