[GOV] Peace with Russia

A few weeks ago we got into a state of war with Russia against our will when Norway, a sleeping member of the Sol War Games, blocked them to halt their attack in North America and Russia counter-attacked in retaliation. Ever since then we are embargoed by Russia and 6 of their allies because of this war.

I've been in talks with the Russian leadership about a possible peace treaty for quite some days now and finally it seems we can have peace. Unfortunately nobody reacted on the topic in the congress section even though it has been up for 24 hours so I decided to just go forward with proposing the peace treaty. Congress members, if you have any concerns, please raise them under this article before you vote no. Of course please feel free to vote at your heart's content.🙂

And I'd like to take the opportunity to urge congress members to visit our forum daily. It's important if you want to make informed decisions in the congress and to be able to raise your voice in important questions.
