Snayke, the president of China will propose an MPP with us in minutes. Sorry for not following normal procedure and leaving some time to discuss but they'd like to get into the war games before the start of the next battle. Also China is a founding member of Sol so I think it's imperative that we accept the MPP. They'll also pay the full price of the MPP. If anyone has any objections, please tell.

I for one very much hope that we can welcome China in the war games by the start of the next battle.
