Socialism and Stuff #4 I'm Back
Goddess Dilvany
Finally after two weeks of being bogged down with studying I have some time on my hands. That means I will be able to write articles and be active in the party. Now that I have time to play the game I will run in the next PP election.
PARTY PRESIDENT PLATFORM
1.Socialism
Our party has many different opinion on what is Socialism. I believe we as a party need to agree on a few basic principles.
-The ultimate goal of the party is a eSocialist revolution.
-We are the vanguard party of the eUSA working class.
-There is no such think a moderate capitalism! Socialism OR Capitalism
2.Party
Recently I have noticed a focus in the party to promote an international alliance with other Socialist parties. The problem is that I believe that the party should focus on the struggle in America. Once we have achieved socialism hear lets go around the world a build socialism everywhere.
"Though not in substance, yet in form, the struggle of the proletariat with the bourgeoisie is at first a national struggle. The proletariat of each country must, of course, first of all settle matters with its own bourgeoisie." Communist Manifesto
Comments
we should also focus (in my opinion) on getting a congress member
The problem is that I only believe in revolutionary vanguards who can spell in the national language.
(Sorry, that was misguided. Actually, I don't believe in self-proclaimed revolutionary vanguards even if they can spell.)
And not to be super-ultra-critical, but... that Commie Manifesto quote doesn't make any sense on the face of it: Doesn't "though not in substance, yet in form..." utterly contradict the subsequent point? In other words, doesn't the proletariat (whatever that means in eRep Land) want a struggle that DOES address the substance and NOT only the form? It makes me think the next sentence must be a joke, especially in today's rWorld and even more-so in the eWorld. (What does "its own bourgeoisie" mean in e-Republik, where e-capital can move around globally even MORE quickly than in the r-world?)
Sorry if I have poor spelling I'm a dyslexic and I try my best. Phoenix, I understand we have ideological disagreements, but fighting is just counter productive. I could respond to you with some complex response and you could respond with another comment further disagreeing with me. This could go on a few days and waste a bunch of time. The result will be I will still have my opinions you will still have yours. So lets just agree to disagree.
