Aaaah... lol... thought those funny characters meant the game had filtered out some swearing 😃
And like I have said before... I feel that it is okay to have some sections of the forum in English... the bits where laws are made, and where people discuss with foreign diplomats.... but most could be in whatever language people choose to use.
Right now, the forums are discouraging to those who wish to speak to people of their own nationality.
General chat does not, in political parties people are allowed to use another language, in the private sections it is allowed when your party wants it, on irc there are several channels.
