This is the eleventh in a series of interviews with members of the Mobile Elite Korp- known throughout the eWorld as MEK.





This week our interview is with ePortuguese Div 4 tank and part-time dictator, lfilipe13.


1. How long have you been a MEKie?

I'm not quite sure, but a year and a half, I think.


2. What MU’s were you in before, and why did you decide to join MEK?

My first MU was Black Ops International Unit, great MU, unfortunately later Black Ops merged with Havoc Legion (The Black Havoc). Once things didn´t go as expected, some BO's left the unit and started a new one, C.E.F.P. Later on, all members of CEFP joined the MEK, and here I am since then.

3. Are you mostly a fighter, or do you also enjoy other parts of the game?

I'm mostly a fighter, but a few months ago I was invited to become politically active. After 2 months as a congressman, I accepted the challenge of being part of the government as MoF, it wasn't the best of the options. Our CP lost his mind, and for the first time in ePT’s life, we had to launch a dictatorship of protection.

To follow up on that, I understand ePortugal has several dictators- how does that work?

Well, we have 1 main dictator and 5 others that can replace the main one while he is offline.

Do you have specific goals for Portugal that you can tell us about?

Secret is the Key my friend.





Are you a “democratic dictator” that does what the elected gov wants? Or a mean one?

A mean one of course. 😃 (joking)

This is a protection dictatorship in a very specific situation, so we follow the congress. 6th of January democracy will be installed.

Do you miss MEK while you are in the dictatorship MU?

MEK is my home. Once a MEK always a MEK, I'll be back in a few days.


4. What was the best MEK battle you like to remember, and why?

I would say the UK dictatorship, we just showed how easy it is for a group of determined players to install a hostile dictatorship. I remember, in that period I was still in Div 3, we were only 3/4 players and we crushed the UK D3.

Yesterday Uk launched a failed AS to ePT, so I have to say: UK, we will not forget you.





5. Will you tell us a little about who you are in RL?

Sure, normal guy, 35 years old, married and one son. I'm an accountant and a big fan of S.L. Benfica. (Pisco will not like this reference. 😃 )


6. Would it surprise your RL friends that you are in an elite MU?

Of course not. An elite guy can only be in an elite MU (just kidding).

They just wouldn't believe how much time I really spend in this game.


7. What would you like to see MEK do to celebrate the next MEK Day?

Not sure. Wherever they decide to go, they have my support.


8. What do you think of MEK Commander Pisco Soares?

A great guy, but with a big problem, he loves F.C. Porto.





9. Do you see yourself ever being commander of MEK?

It doesn't make sense speaking of a new leader of MEK, when we already have the best. Pisco is eternal.

10. What is the best thing about MEK? And what would you describe as MEK’s mission?

MEK is a family and it's all said.


11. Is there anything else that you think people should know about you?

Not really.
