Energy formula:

Energy Units Required = (Country Citizenship Population + All Allies Population ) * 250

Currency formula:

Law Fee = (1.000.000 Currency + 100.000 Currency for each region owned that is not original ) * ( 1 + (25 * Number of distinct Food Resources Owned)/100))/15

I do not know where and do not know when, I just know that somewhere and sometime Nigeria need to be ready to launch an airstrike.

Hopefully we can get Congress this month or know finding the best way to get it soon. Perhaps it is not by an airstrike or maybe I do not know. Still, I leave a small gift to this country. A small contribution to keep playing together and grow as a community.

The question is, if the airstrike should be against a enemy, or if it would be on a region of a friendly nation that allows us to stay there.
I doubt that we are strong enough to occupy a region and on the other hand we don't have close friends at the moment.

Surely the Airstrike should be towards a friendly country of Nigeria. We have a lot of money in the Treasury, I think we can make friends. In the game, as in real life, money attracts friends of convenience. We can offer a large sum of money if a country allows us to Congress.
