Disclamer: This article does not call anyone to do any specific actions, but only teach people how to solve one of many problems, that fellow citizens can confront.

Доброго времени суток, мои дорогие друзья! Сегодня мы с вами поговорим о том, как правильно составлять запрос в службу поддержки. К сожалению, я использую английский интерфейс, но не переживайте, кнопки и гиперссылки в других языковых версиях как правило находятся на тех же местах.

Итак, для начала, для чего вообще создаются подобные вопросы? Ничто в нашем мире не совершенно, и даже такая продуманная и проработанная игра, как eRepublik, иногда может быть подвержена различного рода ошибкам. В то же время наши румынские создатели не роботы и чисто физически не могут отслеживать абсолютно все подобные ситуации. И мы, как законопослушные граждане, с энтузиазмом должны помочь им в этом благородном деле. Ведь создавая тикет, мы посылаем сигнал ответственным людям, что с игрой что-то не так.

Для простоты объяснения смоделируем гипотетическую ситуацию. Например, администрация игры организовала турнир, наградой за который являлось, допустим, увеличение влияния вашего урона на стенку в битвах на определенный срок. Но, по каким то необъяснимым причинам, данный бонус у стран-победителей не закончился, не смотря на то, что все сроки уже прошли. Допустим, гипотетически, что подобная неприятная ситуация случилась с Румынией. Ведь на самом деле страна не виновата. Виноват кривой движок игры. А следовательно настает наше время, как сознательных граждан, направить проект на путь честной игры. Итак, как же составляется запрос в службу поддержки:

1. В первую очередь найдите в нижней части окна подобную строку и нажмите на указанную ссылку:


2. Если вы все сделали правильно, то увас должно появиться следующее окно. Продолжайте следовать инструкциям и нажмите на указанную ссылку.


3. В появившемся диалоговом окне в качестве раздела выделите “Report a bug”, в теме запроса (обязательно для заполнения!) обозначьте суть ошибки в 1-2 словах. Нажмите Next.


4. Самый главный пункт. Перед вами появится поле для текста. Подробно опишите возникшую проблему, желательно на английском языке. Ведь мы же уважаем службу поддержки и понимаем, что они могут не знать нашего родного языка. Для смодулированной нами ситуации текст должен быть примерно таким:

Good day, my dear friends! Today I wanna teach you how to Submit a Ticket to eRepublik support team. So, before we start, let me explain, why ticket system is implemented in this game.

Our world is not perfect. And even such well designed and well developed game, as eRepublik, sometimes may be exposed to different kinds of errors. From other side, our romanian friends are not robots and can’t watch after this game for 24/7 to prevent such situations. And we, as loyal citizens, must help them in such honorable case with great enthusiasm. Because, submitting a ticket, we are signing to support team, that game has some problems.

For ease of explanation lets simulate a hypothetical situation. For example, administration organized a tournament, with reward, for example, of increasing influence of your damage on the enemy wall in the battles for a certain period. But, for some inexplicable reason, this bonus for victorious countries did not ended, despite the fact that all the deadlines have already passed. Let us assume, hypothetically, that this unpleasant situation happened with Romania. We can’t blame a country for such bug. But we can blame curve game engine. And hence comes our time, as loyal citizens to forward the game to the path of fair play. So, how we can submit a ticket:

1. First of all, find such line at the bottom of game window and click on marked link.


2. If you did right, you will see such window. Continue follow instructions and click on marked link.


3. In the dialog box, select the section "Report a bug". In the subject of the request (required!) describe the nature of the error in 1-2 words. Click Next.


4. The major thing. There will be an empty text field before you. Describe in detail the problem, preferably in English. Because we respect and understand that they may not know our native language. For our sumilated situation text should be something like this:
