BIG FACE...yea....little too big
The title of this article suggests that many presidents int he past have 'failed' with the NCM. Perhaps this suggests a fault, not with the past presidents, but with the way the NCM is proposed itself.

Yeah, the NCM coding is retarded, and doesnt even allow you to preview stuff or test my PMing yourself (because it totally makes sense that the NCM coding is diff from the PM coding?)
In this game nothing is supposed to make sense.
