Welcome to our new State Secretary of Finance: Splashdog. He launched the donation vote with this thread.

The company upgrade promotion seems to drain lots of gold off the monetary market. Our historical offer of 20 gold for 599 BEF/gold was fully sold in less than 24 hours. The BEF fell through the bottom and hit a low of 900 BEF, slowly rebounding now. The extra liquidity is welcome though, and the lower value doesn't hurt sales. Market prices in BEF are still relatively stable though wages are slowly rising again.

A prospect of region renting appears on the horizon, for which a medal donation is being discussed. Things move, to say the least!
