Join the new world

Peace treaty between France and Poland.
- french representative: Creon Mista, President of France
- polish representative: Maniek M, President of Poland


1. Poland will release four occupied regions:
- North Calais, Picardy, Upper Normandy and Lower Normandy to France
as soon as eRepublik rules will allow to do this starting from the first hour after agreement is signed.

2. Poland will release fifth region:
- Paris Isle of France to France after two weeks from date of signing
as soon as eRepublik rules will allow to do this.

3. Poland will hold 11 regions:
- Poitou Charentes, Limousin, Auvergne, Rhone Alps, Brittany, Pays de Loire, Loire Valley,
Burgundy, Franche-comte, Champagne Ardenne, Lorraine, and Alsace.
- these regions will not be given up at any moment to any other country

4. France will not start or support any resistance war in regions mentioned in point 3.

5. If Poland loose control over one of regions from point 3:
- France will NE Poland as soon as it is possible,
- after seven days when all regions from point 3 are in control of Poland
peace treaty (as eRepublik law) will be signed and NE will be closed,
- all regions from points 1 and 2 (if are in control of Poland) will be given back to France
(one resistance war per day).

6. Poland guarantee Independence of France:
- Poland will help France defend (diplomatically with possibility of military intervention)
regions from points 1 and 2 in case of defensive war (if France was attacked).

7. This agreement starts with the date of signing and will be renewed
every 6th of month 12:00 eRepublik time automatically, if both parties will not agree otherwise.

This treaty will come into immediate effect when the following 3 conditions have been met:
- both Country Presidents mentioned above agree with this proposal,
- 3rd party (another Country President who’s accepted by both parties) signed this treaty as a witness,
- both sides have published this treaty in the official state newspaper of their countries.

Мірнае пагадненне паміж Францыяй і Польшай

1. Польша аддае 4 захопленых вобласці:
- North Calais, Picardy, Upper Normandy і Lower Normandy Францыі
Гэта будзе зроблена як толькі будзе падпісана пагадненне.

2. Польша аддае пятую вобласць:
- Paris Isle of France Францыі пасля 14 дзён з моманту падпісання пагаднення
Гэта будзе зроблена як толькі будзе падпісана пагадненне.

3. Польша будзе ўтрымліваць 11 вабласцей:
- Poitou Charentes, Limousin, Auvergne, Rhone Alps, Brittany, Pays de Loire, Loire Valley,
Burgundy, Franche-comte, Champagne Ardenne, Lorraine і Alsace.
- Гэтыя вобласці ня змогуць быць адданыя іншым краінам, у тым ліку і Францыі.

4. Францыя абавязваецца не пачынаць паўстанні ў апісаных вышэй рэгіёнах;

5. Калі Польша губляе кантроль над рэгіёнамі, пра якія вядзецца гаворка ў пункце 3:
- Францыя аб’яўляе НВ Польшы як мага хутчэй;
- Пасля 7 дзён кантралявання Польшай рэгіёнаў з пункту пагаднення нумар 3 пагадненне будзе падпісана і НВ Польшы будзе пагашана;
- Вобласці з пунктаў 1 і 2 (калі пад кантролем Польшы) будуць адданы Францыі (1 паўстанне за дзень).

6. Польша гарантуе незалежнасць Францыі:
- Польша будзе дапамагаць абараняць вобласці, пра якія вядзецца гаворка ў пунктах 1 і 2 у выпадку абарончай вайны (калі на Францыю нападуць);

7. Пагадненне стартуе з моманту падпісання і будзе абноўлена 6-га дня месяца ў 12:00 па гадзінніку еРэспубліцы штомесяц, калі абодва бакі будуць ня супраць;
Пагадненне будзе ў сіле з моманту, калі будуць задаволены 3 патрабаванні:
-абодва прэзідэнты будуць згодныя з прапановай;
- 3 бок (іншая краіна, абраная 2 бакамі) падпіша пагадненне ў якасці назіральніка;
-абодва бакі апублікуюць артыкулы з апісаннем пагаднення.
