Dear readers,
The latest article by GPN prominent Zeeuwsmeisje, calls up for peace and order in our current political system, seeing the recent increase in political activity. I see this as an attempt to silence the opposition, as it threatens the current monopoly on power GPN has gotten. Now that the opposition has actually gotten vocal, and appears in public, the only way to fight this is by publicizing articles by their own - The amount mass-votes on these articles only prove the viability of this strategy.
While the amount of governmental articles have been shrinking with every month Van Spijck is leading the country - I want to remark however, that I do not see the use of many complicated articles too, I’m glad to see other parties picked this up too when they’ve gotten power and can drop their bureaucratic ideals -, GPN suddenly comes up with one very lengthy article, consisting of self-praise and subtle shade to other political ideologues in the eNetherlands.
I do want to stress that GPN can be indeed admired by all citizens of the eNetherlands. It has turned a corrupt party, led by the nationalistic and fraudeur JvdG, into the most active party the eNetherlands have probably seen in recent time. Besides their activity and interest in politics, they have showed extreme friendliness towards the starting players of our country. While other parties mainly do for collecting potential members and votes, I believe GPN had approached them on more honest based on more honest - some may call naive - intentions.
GPN has proven to be very optimistic indeed, but their latest article is insanely utopic indeed. GPN claims to be responsible for the current peaceful political climate and country situation - but should they be proud of it? While they criticize the old times when there was fierce opposition, based on booing the mud-throwing, it were far better times than now. Weren’t those the periods of 4-digit population numbers, attempts of regaining our former Dutch regions & (small) babybooms?
Geuzen Partij Nederland completely ignores the issues their administration, which have been in power the last few months, they’re partly responsible for by covering it up by vocally expressing their friendliness towards newer players. While I - once again - admire this approach, GPN should beware that soon there are no new players joining anymore to take care of.
GPN should actively confess there are issues in the eNetherlands, and take the opposition serious by discussing their views and possible solutions on those problems, instead of posting near-propaganda, in an attempt to make the recent opposition look ridiculous and not needed at all, by making eNetherlands look like heaven on earth. Good examples of this are the ironic statements made on the Socialist Party, ironically the only party that supported GPN last month, and Libertas, making the line between a personal and political attack very thin.
I, for one, applaud the recent increase of opposition in the eNetherlands! I call out everyone disagreeing with the current administration to express their opposition to the current regime, as the lack of it made our democracy comatose.

Voted.
Voted because of Leslie Nielsen! May he rest in peace....
So, in your view, NoTie, what are the 3 biggest problems the eNL are currently facing? And how has GPN ignored them?
Oh there are issues in eNetherlands alright, severe issues caused by the theft of all state gold which brought eNetherlands on the brink of destruction. It's rather cynical that the major player involved in that theft rebukes the people that work so very hard to get eNetherlands out of the ditch.
No vote.
Frankie, you're obviously not up to date.
Read the forums and stop your whining.
Its rather obvious that there are issues in eNL, but instead of fighting amongst ourselves, shouldn't we try to get eNL back to what it was? I'm all for political diversity, but not at the cost of the redevelopment of eNL. What I'm trying to say is let GPN clean up house, since I think they're doing a good job, and after that, do as you please as far as politics goes. 😛
Interesting read, knowing that we judge people after our own motives and ways...
Where is your platform? You keep criticizing the way a GPN CP is governing this country however you never answer any questions in your comments nor offer any ''solutions'' to all of these so called ''problems.'' And not to mention 4 out of 7 of our ministers are not members of GPN.
Someone's a professional at stirring up controversy..
NoTie, if you are serious about this I would love to see you come up with a masterplan that will woo us all over. I do believe that we are getting less new players but isn't that more of an international Erep problem? Plato has done some 'improvements' which led to older players quitting as well. But I think that our government is doing fine. We need a solid government that we can trust. A government that takes responsibility for their actions and takes care of it's citizens.vS made that happen!
I'm also curious what the big problems are, how you want to solve them and what the previous governments did wrong
