Regards my loyal subjects and Serbian PTOers. I, your new King NueveOcho the first of his name directs his first words as King. I show below the new eConstitution of NueveOcho's eIndia and my first orders as King. Hail eIndia. Hail NueveOcho.


eCONSTITUTION of eINDIA

1. Power Pirami😛
1.1. NueveOcho is along Hamturk the highest power in eIndia.
1.2. The Middle Class will have some power in eIndia, this class includes:
1.2.1. Serbian PTOers, like Wild Quark.
1.2.2. Sexy chicks.
1.2.3. YUUVA INDIA members.
1.3. The Lower Class is represented by the powerless players, this class includes:
1.3.1. eIndians.
1.3.2. PTOers away from Serbia.
1.3.3. eCryatians.
1.4. The unnamed, also know as Xordin.


2. The Official languaje of eIndia is English.
2.1. Spanish, Hindi and Serbian are also acceptable.


3. Sports, the only allowed sports are the following:
3.1. Pertañax.
3.2. Elephant Hunting (Approved by Juan Carlos I de Borbón)
3.3. Trolling other countries IRCs.
3.4. Annoying lolper.
3.5. Voting this article.
3.6. Voting YUUVA INDIA in the CP elections.
3.7. Donating gold to NueveOcho.
3.8. Calling people Serbian PTOer.


4. The only allowed religions are the following:
4.1. Spammerism.
4.2. eMormonism.
4.3. Hieldlaism.
4.4. Serbianism.
