(Note: I know yesterday I said “See you all tomorrow!”, however, I decided that constantly flooding the Host Country’s media with an article every day would be detrimental to local news publications. That and getting interviews is more time-consuming than I had previously expected. Also, on a note not-at-all-related-to-Serbia, Gauteng has been freed from Brazilian occupation! Go go South Africa!)

It is not a hidden fact that during the latest congressional elections, a very wide range of Serbian citizens began the process of systematically PTOing a swath of Sol nations. As mentioned in yesterday’s release, Singapore had a majority of their congress taken over, and there are confirmed cases of Serb congressmen in Malaysia and the Philippines, who are both targets of Phoenix neighbor Indonesia.

Today I spoke with Kryteshift, the President of Singapore and Keegan Knoll, the president of the Philippines. (Though I do admit they are mildly edited to clean up grammar.)

When was it noticed there was a PTO force in Singapore making a run at Congressionals?
We didn't know that there was a PTO in congress until elections started. In Singapore, there are frequently a lot of unknown, newish candidates that run just for fun, and never campaign or anything. However, they usually get only one vote each. About half way through the elections we started telling the public who to vote for strategically, and calling in friends who were offline, etc., and generally organizing the votes we had left.

What was done in reaction?
At that point, we only had one usable citizenship pass available, so we only got one vote flown in. We encouraged everyone to report the multis and some of us filed tickets. After a few days when they'd successfully stolen our USD and MYR, we filed more tickets, and five of the six of them were banned. We know that they are Serbian, because the one who wasn't banned said "Admins this is [excrement]! Unban the 5 Congressmen you banned! Srbija do Tokija". (Srbija do Tokija means "From Serbia to Tokyo!" and has become a slogan for Serbian ultranationalism.)

What are the motives of the insurrectionists?
It seems that they just wanted to pull as many power plays as possible, and to steal whatever glory, gold, and money as they could.

How does the outcome of the Presidential Election look?
There aren't any PTOers running for President. "Machoboy" is running, but he's a noob and not a threat. We can impeach him if he wins anyway.

When was it noticed that PTO candidates were making a run at Congress?
Well, I think it was first noticed in Slothen's term as President in November, however there were only one or two members at that point.

What was done in reaction?
We used just the usual anti-TO efforts: trying to keep the PTO citizens without citizenship, and coordinating on which congress members not to vote in.

In the latest election, we saw a significant spike in elected PTO congressmembers. What changed?
Well, for one, they unfortunately took advantage of the chaos taking place in the Philippine-held Chinese regions. It's also possible that they've been making new accounts within the country, to avoid having to get citizenship from our congressmembers.

In your opinion, what are the PTOers in ePh for?
Well, primarily to take gold from our accounts and gain congress medals. But I believe they may also want a puppet in South East Asia. This could end up being ePhil, or any of a number of other countries.

What is ePh doing to prepare for the increased Serbian/PTO Presence?
We're doing our best to avoid letting in any avoidable PTO members, and hoping to increase organization between the parties for congress elections. We have also been trying to increase the population of trusted Filipino citizenry.

I thank both Presidents for taking the time to speak with me. I had planned to talk to Nevvven or Nagyzee by catching them on IRC, however, both were asleep (Darned time zones!) before I could sit down with either of them to speak on the PTO of Malaysia. From what I know by reading their media, as much as 7 PTOers got into Congress (About the same as the Philippines), and that they have re-launched their classic Facebook Ad Campaign to gain new citizens, as well as coordinate party voting.

Needless to say, several of our lower-population nations remain at risk to significant foreign PTO attempts, but thankfully all are aware and taking steps to prevent it from growing into a significant problem. In the next issue, I will explore the military aspects of Serbia v. Sol regarding the invasion of Liaoning, robbing it from China after several months ago being freed from Iran.
