Montenegro's economy is static...This is due to high Work Tax (i need around 26 MEP to work all my companies) and high Minimum Salary (I think it's one of the last countries, if not the last, with so high minimum salary). Also marketplace in MNE is not working correctly...People buy things from other countries and post them in market in order to make money which is bad because some citizens (like me) can't sell their products in order to overcome the expences and earn few MEP...
We need three single steps in order to make MNE economy stronger and protect the market:
- 1st We MUST lower working tax in order to work all our companies. And if i have money to work them other people don't have them.
- 2nd Lower minimum salary to 1 or 5 MEP so we can give less money in salaries. That does not mean that we will see our employees as slaves. For e.x. i give some Q7 to my employees...
- 3rd Government MUST choose some fix prices for market and don't allow citizens with MNE cs sell in lower prices than the set one. With that we will keep a nice market. One other idea is to make an IRC channel were people will buy directly what they need in fixed prices too...Producers will come through taxes (in small amounts not so much MEP lost but when you sell 100 Q7 weapons you lose a good amount of money) and customers will buy in good prices (lower than the market)...
That's my personal opinion...
I need to ask you this, because I'm for biggest WT - how can we make sure that monthly we have enough money in budget for 4 MPP? I kinda was for WT to be 7% and of course that I would be happy that it is lower, but simply I still don't get how we would increase budget. I'm really not an economy expert, I'm just asking. 🙂
I am happy that someone replied to me...Work tax will remain (you can't make it disappear cause it's in game mechanics now) but it will be lower in order new players work their companies. As i said i have the money to work them but does a player who is 20 lvl have the money to work his own companies?
MPP's are something different. In my opinion we must start by signing 1-2 MPP's and when we have the money sign more. Don't forget that we have only 3 regions and not 23...More regions means more taxes and more production 🙂
If you need more information you can send me freely a pm 🙂
some interesting ideas, but the WT is currently our main source of income...
I know that and i respect it...It's just suggestions 🙂
