Dear Top 5 parties,
I enjoyed the brawl between Custer and SEES for awhile. I even think they enjoyed it for awhile. But it was much more fun when it was just one small piece of the larger political warfare in eAmerica. Frankly, I’m kind of bored with it now. Nothing personal for those enjoying it. Can’t blame you really, it’s the only game in town at the moment.
Would a couple of you big parties please go back to fighting with each other again? Thanks in advance.

I’m not a great writer. I get by; occasionally I’ll put something out that hit’s mid-field and brings in a run or two. But I’ve been around awhile now, and I know that some of you have tremendous abilities in this area.
Would those of you with an inkling start writing some good stuff? I know we lost some greats recently, but that just leaves a vacuum for your paper to rise to the top. So get typing already.

I just don't even know what to say. I guess you're young, so you don't remember, but the fact that the top 5 parties AREN'T fighting, is a great thing. The more we work together, the more we succeed, and "entertainment" isn't a reason to go back on that success.

true but with out entertainment the game grows dull and people leave, weather through arguments of party's, war, or what ever else brings good headlines the game will slowly die. I think this is what he is getting at

@ Bradley: 😁^Same age as you. Personally I think the fighting builds team spirit within parties, motivates articles, and adds to retention. Same as the war module.
The game is set up with 5 parties, not one. The designers knew the same things I do: People want/need those rivalries and that competetiveness.
That we can't afford more inter-party rivalries due to our position of weakness is a sacrifice that only perpetuates the decline of the game. A lack of rivalry essentially negates the political module, meaning we ourselves are causing some of the harm we are striving to reverse with all the hand-holding and campfire singing.
All this love comes at a cost long-term. Even if national ATO efforts are more of a necessity now than ever bfore.
