North Korea is on the rise as it was nearly 2 years ago. We are 651 citizens and counting. People around the world are pouring into our naturalization stations seeking citizenship and a new future filled with new opportunity and benefits. This sudden influx of citizens is the key to our future, which is starting to look like a bright one. We have been reborn from our ashes, to flourish once more. I've always dreamed in the darkness of the day the flowers would bloom in the streets of Pyongyang again, the day when children soar kites over the bluish-gray skies, a day when our flag so shamelessly waved in across the sky. It is looking like this day has come, after years of darkness, the light found its way through, through the black wall of oppression.
