Mimihitam this is a pretty good idea. Since we are neutral and this is an alliance between neutral countries to avoid getting taken over by PEACE or Atlantis wouldn't this be perfect for eChina?

It's not a military alliance, its socio economic alliance
If some members is under attack, they can ask help from Atlantis, Peace or both of them, like they used to be...
