Ouch! Good for OH&S normally but not on days like this! Do you have a maximum temperature in your Award or EBA?
We have regular breaks, it's not really too much of a problem, it's just a small business with myself and my friend working, the paint booth is often 5-6 dregrees warmer than outside though which is tough
