Successful run - Aircraft Slave Camp
Natster
With the shut down of q7 slave camps, I have noticed that q5's may be the way to go for the country. I am offering a few positions for my slave camps. I don't want to flood the market, so I may limit the positions available.
Here is what I am offering:
4 @ q5 aircraft for every work (Unlimited works).
This becomes really profitable for you if you get a q1 and work two times per day. This program will also aide in bringing down our income taxes paid on work and also increase our profitability over all.
Again, I don't know how many positions I will open but I will limit and monitor to determine the course I am to take.
You will get paid the day after your work.
Send me a message if you're interested in working.

I wish you the best of luck. I've had this idea cross my mind on numerous occasions, I just haven't had the energy to try and figure out how to organize and run it
Paying out daily is a lot easier to manage this.
According to current market wages and the current global average for Q5 air weapons, this is an offer of 4772 per work. That's an incredible wage that out-competes every country in the world currently, by about 700-800cc.
The best part is Q5 Air weapons are due to increase because the cost to produce them has drastically increased.
I'll have to ask Mary Chan if her company can survive without me but I'll be considering this personally 🙂!
Well, I need to talk to my new boss Code-Y, but, I will take you up on your offer if he'll let me go 🙂
Sorry, we need all the canadian labour we can get, you're trapped for the minimum 3 days please and thank you

A Captain of Industry!
Great idea 🙂
I can be a test rat. what do I have to do...???
Send him a message 🙂
I thought about this before I ended the Captains of Industry Q7 pits, but felt the math wouldn't work.
At a base level (ie no bonus) a Q5 factory makes five aircraft and needs 5 ARM.
If you produce ARM using your own raw companies (& using the highest Neodymium mine) it takes 2 works to get the needed ARM. That's 3 employees that need to get paid so one needs 12 air to cover the "wages". Even at 100% bonus (assuming no pollution) a manager is only getting 10 weapons.
If one decides to buy the ARM, one would need 5 ARM @ ~760cc per ARM (so 3800cc per work). If the manager is giving 4 away, that leaves 1 to sell to offset the cost which doesn't do it.
Going with the 164.25% bonus currently enjoyed in Canada, a manager would produce 8.21 Q5s, give back 4, and keep 4.21 to offset the ARM cost of 6,240cc. At a market rate of ~1200cc per Q5 air, its still a money loser, as that only covers ~5,040cc of the ARM expense. Its a loss of 1200cc per employee.
As I'm looking at it, no matter what the bonus that model won't be self-sufficient (assuming that is the goal). At 100% bonus (with no deduction for pollution)
* Using employees to make everything = shortfall of 2 Q5s (or -2400cc at market)
* Buying ARM and using employees to only make weapons = 400cc loss per employee
And that's at the very best possible model which really doesn't exist in-game due to pollution.
I think its a great way to get Q5 weapons into people's hands, but it looks like it'll need to be subsidized to make it work.
Running so far so good.
I am also using some surplus to create houses. So there is a bit of shuffling. I have been okay so far but am a bit reticent about opening too many positions. I can keep going for a while. I have filled my available positions but if we need to subsidize, will evaluate from their. Back in the day, the gov't used to subsidize the q7 weapons.
Right now, I am sustainable but have closed the positions available. I have tons of works available and have a lot of gold and cc's. I will be monitoring to see the drops and/or growths in income.
For now, wait and see, I guess. Might be of interest for the government to subsidize to help the air epic battles. At this point, no help needed though.
I can create :
q5 Homes
q5 Aircraft
q7 tanks
Lots of available works and lots of gold and cc.
I am sometimes creating homes over creating extra ac. But, again, as stated, looking at the big picture and moving work around. I do have factories in different countries which helps curve the pollution problem.
Actually will do a report each day so all you can follow along.
