What does "Dead citizen" mean exactly ? I think it means that the player hasn't been playing for a month. But he can still recover if he get connected again.

he was a pain in the butt, but he did spcie things up on the forum from time to time.
I mostly disagreed with him because of his stuborn and selfcentered attitude, but a little part of me will miss him from time to time.
