The President of Paraguay proposed an alliance with USA. As of today the nation of Paraguay would like to sign an alliance treaty with the US. The US should accept this because we need as many allies as possible

What has Paraguay ever done for us? I have no idea.
We don't need anymore allies. Especially one in an area that will just drag us into another front on a war.
Pretty sure this is related to our wargames with Ireland. Paraguay wants in.
They can just ask Ireland to be a part of it. That doesn't mean we have to make an alliance with them.
