Congressmen please vote if you agree with following law about NAP. Others please stay out of this.

It is through this Non-Aggressive Pact that both the Sovereign Nation of Poland and the Sovereign Nation of the Czech Republic declare that they are true neighbors within the Central Europe. This agreement will solidify the idea that both nations adhere to neither attack one another during the coming one month period.
I) If upon the outcome that the Czech Republic or Poland violates this agreement and attack region belonging to the other side, the attacking country has to put everything to its original state and pay fee 100Gold.
1) Example: Poland attack Czech Republic region with Q3 Hospital and Q4 Defense system. Poland have to buy new Q3 Hospital and Q4 Defense system in that region after this region is secured by Czech Republic forces. And pay fee 100Gold to Czech Republic.
II) The one month period will begin the day of the signing and countdown from there.
1) If the signing happens within the last 12 hours of the Erepublik day it will last for the remainder of that day and the thirty day period will be added the following day.
2) After one month period this NAP is unvalid, but can be renewed in 3 day period.
III) Neither country shall impose trading embargoes between the two nations for the entirety of the agreement.
1) If such an event were to happen the aggressive nation will forfeit 100Gold of their total national treasury.
