Brief explanation beyond list:

When we started rebuilding IFP last month we established 2 things:

1. An open dialogue between all members of the party as well as a dialogue between the officials of the party.



What this mean is the following:



So as you can see we have an open system where each member of the party can give his input as to congress decisions. Therefore before we vote or propose major decisions in congress we will all discuss it first in congress. These open systems must become more common in eIreland as it exposes more players to decision making and country policy therefore it molds the next group of leaders that is now playing as low level players.

2. We moved away from exclusiveness in positions of power.

Each member that wants to will get an opportunity to become a congress member. We continually will rotate our congress candidates. So players outside any decision making structure the IFP will give you the chance to experience other elements of the game.

Finally the candidates up to player 8:

We are hoping for 8 congress members and need your support eIreland to accomplish this.

First off me. This will my third stint and more of a responsible approach this time.

2. Cpt Jackson : as captian of boot camp and secretary general of IFP this young player shows a natural ability in leadership positions.

3. Rikhian - Party President and ex Country President. Also past captain of boot camp. One of the most dedicated players of this game as shown by his stats.

4. Lactic Acid - Experienced game player. FF member in Irish Army and the kind of player we need giving input to our country.

5. Cufaiol "I am an RL Hungarian but I intend to become a good eIrishman." Also captian of boot camp. Yet again one of our young members of eIreland that needs experience in decision making structures.

6. PrincessZelda - Councillor of IFP. Our "only" female candidate "me thinks". A well versed communicator and natural leader this is against a young member of eIreland we need to involve in decision making processes as she might be a CP soon.

7. Agata Olive - Another female congress candidate. In her starting steps of the game. But with a pool of experienced players we can see another good leader and decision maker developing.

8.5n4keyes - Experienced player. Also willing to give his opinion on aspects of the game. The kind of player we need in congress.

So its up to you citizens of eIreland to ensure you get these 8 good candidates into congress.
