Citizens of Belgium and friends,
Amidst the destruction of so many countries at the hands of mega-alliances, with millions of damage being dealt per battle, chaos reigns supreme.
Many organizations have risen up on one side or the other, in the purpose of ending the endless conflicts; through annihilation of the enemy or peaceful negotiation...all have failed. In the midst of such disorder, we need change!

actually we don't support belgian retaliation into the upper normandy and i encourage every hh member to fight for france there, although i know it's against economick logick of players with belgian citizenship.
