Day 862, 07:51 Published in Sweden Sweden by Ghinsberg Holding

Are you one of our lucky shareholders? Then this issue of Ghinsberg Report is for you. After recieving loads of questions about dividens, splits and shareholder meetings we are expaining it all. If not a shareholder, buy your GBH shares at ERX! Before going through above stated topics, lets talk about GBH latest business!

Latest news!
Since our IPO we have collected over 200G worth of cash. So far we have invested in two new companies! Ghinsberg Real Estate and Grain, a Q3 house constructor and a Q1 grain producer in high region SH&H. Since the change of the hospital system happened house prices has surged, and we believe this sector will remain a important one in V2. Yesterday the Swedish Government made public a proposition that grain imports will be taxed 99%, basically killing all imports. Therefore we believe investment in grain production can become highly profitable, on top of this the company was bought at a good price. We are currently waiting for the law proposal to go through before upgrading company to Q3. As you might have noted, GBH has issued roughly 300 new shares. SeVen Global approached us this morning with a request to purchase 300 new shares, since such amount wasn’t available on the market, we decided to issue shares. Fundings received from this issue will be used for the upgrade of Ghinsberg Grain to Q3. This will make our company three times it initial size!

Shareholders meeting
This is to be announced through this paper, minimum one week before the actual meeting is to take place, and is to be held on IRC. So make sure to subscribe to Ghinsberg Report if you want to make you voice heard. During this meeting the board will present suggestions for dividends, investments and such. Dividends are paid our approximately three days after shareholders meeting. All shareholders attending the meeting will have the equal amount of votes as shares. If you have a proposal you want voted during this meeting, send this to ghinsberg.holding@gmail.com, with subject “PROPOSAL”.

Dividends
As stated before 50% of the profits will be subject to dividends. That means of the company makes 60G of profit, 30G will be shared equaly among shares. This would mean 0.013G per share, and 1.3G for someone who owns 100 shares. Since we have expanded strongly we expect dividends to be moderate at first, but expect dividends to much higher for second dividend. Our company now has expanded its business three times, from one to three companies! Estimates for dividends right now is at 0.01 – 0.02G per share.

That’s it for now. If you have any firther questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!
