pamadapa
Dear citizens of the eNetherlands
Author's Note: This is my first article in eNL, and what better to start with an analysis of a major event such as Congressional Elections. I want to clarify that this article does not attempt to provide preference to any political party nor harming anyone, it's just a personal analysis based on official data and results obtained. I hope you like and to some extent useful to all of you
OVERVIEW
The total number of votes in this congressional election was 76. There was a big consolidation in the total number of candidates. eNetherlands had a total of 40 seats this month, while total seats obtained were 33. This means it has a 82.5% congressmen, having vacated 17.5% to which is equivalent to 7 available seats that they were not used.
Considering the total eNL Burgers and the number of all the votes cast, the result in active participation was of 34.23%

PARTICIPATION
In this graph is compared the number of members and votes obtained by each party, and valuing participation (effectiveness) expressed in percentages
Although were quite similar, we can say that: DemNL did the best in this metric, gaining votes equal to 79.16% of their party population. The GPN fared the worst, gaining votes equal to 61.53% of their party population. Important to note that ReL in this metric was a failure because it obtained a 65.78% of their party population.
FINAL REVIEW
This time "the race" was won clearly by ReL, due to its large number of members compared with the other, although the other political parties made a decent congressional election, but it was not enough.
DemNL showed a better organization and efficiency when voting, due to the activity that party members showed at the time of voting, as can be seen in the last graph.
We can say surelly: the winner is eNetherland, and it is important that more and more citizens participate actively in every election.
Comments
Wow, that's a really good analysis, nice work! o/
thx for your comment Mattio o7
You put in quite some effort in this! Keep it going 😃
On the topic of the failure of ReL, there are some nuances. As the biggest party our numbers go up and down a lot (as new citizens are likely to join the #1 party but also get inactive soon), which makes it unpredictable and hard to organize how many % join. In the past we regularly did better (and worse) in these circumstances. Whereas the other parties are a lot smaller and only consist of remaining active players from the past (as they barely get new members).
*how many % vote
as a general rule the greater number of members in a party is harder to get everyone be active, perhaps this information will help to ReL to make small adjust and ensure that these new citizens begin to be active as much as you can to benefit eNL. Maybe say "failure" is a strong word, but we must put a name and sometimes show more party members does not mean effectiveness.
Thanks for your comment o7
At the moment there is very little reason to make an effort to get everybody in REL to vote, we have shown in the past however that when needed we can get 95% of our party members to vote.
Great work with the statistics!
Also realized that not all congress places were filled. So its really silent in here with the activity these days?
Yeah unfortunately :/
Well I stay put in Netherlands!
Wow, amazing to see all that work you've put in! Great analysis!
Thx Willem

Nice statistics. But as always, it's hard to explain the differences...
As an example, GPN once was our biggest party, but since MdR left for Norway it has begun to collapse, as can also be seen in its activity. But if that's the real reason for this low participation? Nobody can be sure...
In any case, I'm looking forward to your next articles. 😃 And to all readers: take interpretations of statistics with a grain of salt... It's almost impossible to be exact, even if you use different sources of information.
The statistics are just numbers, provide "relative" information . Maybe this doesn't mean that your political party is worse than another, because a political party with fewer members is very active and useful in Parlement when propose laws. however , what is important is people to get involved in politics for the benefit of eNL. In the following reports we will make comparisons, which give perhaps a more interesting vision.
Now we have to think about the next CP elections and see the results we get in that election. 🙂
