[President] Onwards and Upwards

OK guys,
Economy
Our Economy has dropped, thats a fact but for those interested here are the sums and figures so far since I took office.
Daily Income
Taxes - £22k
Daily Expenditure
MPP's - £6k
BEF WRM - £9k
NHS - £5k
Overall Income
Taxes - £194,275
Overall Expenditure
MPP's - £54k
NHS - £39.75k
Strikes - £6k
BEF WRM - £91.4k
BEF Q7 - £10k
TOTAL INCOME - £194,275
TOTAL EXP - £201,150
So after 9days we have lost 7k, but I have now cut the NHS costs in half basically by removing the supply of daily Q6 weapons. This will take some pressure of the budget for now, its simply a case of wait and see what effect if any, our recent tax changes on WRM/FRM has had. At the moment the WRM costs for the BEF have been huge with the high cost of WRM this month. But the cost has dropped 0.04 since the tax change came into place.
MPP's
At the moment I'm being forced to limit our MPP stack which limits our potential damage against enemy threats. Now I have a number of potential countries that are interested in signing up, but I won't intentially plunge us into debt to get us more allies. If you want to personally sponsor a MPP this month and help the Government cover some costs, please contact me.
BEF
The merge of BEF is almost complete, we are simply waiting on the slowest and not so active members to jump across. I want to thanks Count Drakula for his organisation with this jump, I don't think it has unsettled or effected our damage too much and hopefully we can gain a more active and dangerous MU in the future.
As for the future of BEF well expect to see more media focus from the Military Unit (MU). We are officially entering a recruitment stage for the BEF and I want to see our National MU take off. Stats, Damage, Ranks etc, will all be visible for anyone interested to see, pretty much what our private MU's do currently.
BEF will also now hold it's own strikes, weekly so watch this space for more on that.
NHS Cuts
This is mainly aimed at you guys in the NHS MU, you will be contacted personally in the next day or so about these cuts, but I will quickly run through the reasons for them. With the dropping income revenue the country is receiving. It has forced us to cut our spending, I have already cut back on CTA, Strikes, Q7 upgrades, MPP's, but now its with a sad face that I must cut the NHS spending. So effective yesterday you will no longer receive Q6 weapons daily. You will have ever continue to receive a daily food supplement to help you survive and fight for our country.
Prime Minister Questions
Back for the first time yesterday, So thanks for anyone who turned up and fired some questions at me. Acroc will be publishing the article soon for this for all your viewing pleasure and PMQ's will take place again next week.
Ireland
We have now officially signed peace and closed the NE with our close neighbors. So I will again remind you all to please honour our current peace agreement and defend Dublin/Louth (don't start RW's, its a waste) and make sure Ireland win/keep both NI and Scotland. This closes another border and potential threats from Scotland and we gain a bonus and save a lot of damage.
So that's all for now, Not great news on the budget scene but that is being addressed. Our MoHA is springing into life again this month and our MoFA is doing well also. I will release Minister reports in the coming days for your pleasure also. Watch out for the Pub Quiz later this week (prizes) and be sure to join in the GoT game on our forums. I will lastly add, please don't ask me for a update on our alliance position. I simply can't mouth off any information yet until it is set in concrete, which it is far from.
Stay Tuned.

IMPEACH 😛
Gib me all eUK's monies >:3
Voted from Belgium. (:
It's a good thing to see a dip in expenditure where you've nothing left once in a while, shame this is coming from the Prime Minister, otherwise it could be justifiable if it came from someone else.
So basically if we stopped this ridiculous supply to BEF, we'd actually of made a profit of 94k
Why is the gov trying to fund a MU it simply cant....and surely recruiting for BEF is only going to make this situation worse 😕
ALL NHS MEMBERS GOD SAKE FIND A UNIT AND TAKE THE BURDEN OFF THE STATE
I say all MU's should be given 10 members each if they can cope with it , these guys ant even getting weapons now join one of
BULLDOGS, ROYAL NAVY ,ESO, TUP, DRAGOONS, ROYAL AIR FORCE ,LIBERTY, BEF
lets all work together , and think smart
DON DAPPER
Second what Don says.
Instead of handing out 5 tanks daily to NHS members could you not work out the cost of giving them one tank per 5 kills (capped at 5 tanks though.
That way you are rewarding the most active members but keeping costs down by not supplying to every member that fought (even a few kills was enough under the old regime to get 5 tanks)
lol this game is getting more realistic (global ressesion coming just you wait)
Sad to hear about the dropping of tank supplies to our new guys even with the massive drop in price they have encountered, I guess we should expect a slight drop in our damage ability now to go with it.
Regarding Ireland not sure i agree with this, what border and threat does it close off we dont have already ? Even more so now you dont actually need to border a region to attack it.
Would love to know how we are saving damage when were constantly fighting RWs for both sides.

As you said, no border threat that we don't already have. Canada has a border with Wales so Ireland having Scotland doesn't reduce our border enemies at all. Although, I think at the time the region swaps were conceived it blocked Canada from us because France had control of Wales (if I remember correctly).
BEF WRM - £9k , a drop of 25 % (0.05 out 0.20) in WRM , means (9 /14) *0.25=16% save in the global budget. In fact USA has now bigger prices than us, making us the most competitive country. My idea , wisely supported by the right people, is saving 2k GBP per day, it is not bad.
Instead of cutting their tank supply entirely why not just drop the stupidly high level cap? NHS is for new and inexperienced players right? In my opinion most players of that kind of level range are not new and should be fairly experienced. At that level they should be in a regular MU.
Lowering the cap will result in less supplies being given out. Other MU's will get an increase in members and we'll still be able to provide new players with weapons. Win, win situation from what I can see.

I'm not sure the eUK can afford to supply tanks even if you dropped the level that people qualified for them. All the older non-qualifying NHS fighters who no longer qualify will do is leave and join the BEF, which is still giving out supplies if I understand the situation right.
