But first some miscellany...
Dovahkiin Swaggler was the only young player to write an article, so the lucky guy gets 2000 Q2 food. Pity nobody else tried, maybe they didn't see the article.

You send 25 IEP to Tibulus. Only one ticket per person. Then you go here http://goo.gl/2Qmxt and choose your numbers. Draw takes place on the 21st of December.
It's so easy to play, anyone can do it. All the needed information is in the form.
Now for the prizes. I'm working from the Irish lotto, which has 3 draws, so ours will have too.
Lotto jackpot winner gets 5 gold.
Lotto plus 1 winner gets 75 Q5 tanks.
Lotto plus 2 winner gets 100 Q5 food.
And whoever picks a number that matches the bonus ball gets that number x100 IEP. So it could be a big or small prize.
