How do you get on this list?

The quickest path to a captaincy would be to graduate from the Junior Officer Corps. Graduates are promoted to 2nd lieutenant and receive highest consideration fro open Captain slots. Other paths include: making uniforms for a month (Rank of Specialist), Recruiting for a month (Rank of Sergeant) or writing C4 Press Corps articles for a month (Rank of Corporal). The rank of Corporal can also be received for general activity above and beyond that of the normal Div 1 player.
