Hello all,

Introduction
My name is POC0bob and over the last 2 ish weeks or so I have been hosting various give aways and lotteries and have already given away over $50,000cc including the currently running Spring lottery

and I wish to take these unofficial lotteries to the next level, becoming an official lottery for the eUSA.

What does this mean?
With the backing of the Federal Government, I can start doing larger games in which you can buy tickets, much like a real lottery, and host true to life games with multiple drawings a week - of course these games would have a set of odds to win. You would have the potential to win a larger sum of money and if I earn the financial backing of the eUSA we can put some of the unused tax reserves back into the economy in a fun and engaging way.

What makes me qualified to run this?
I am a Computer Systems Operator for the Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine lotteries and help manage games such as the Powerball, Mega Millions, Keno, Lucky For Life, Megabucks Plus, and more in real life - I have a deep understanding on how a good lottery is run and manage financials for the states including ACH each week.

What are my plans?
I plan on starting with one large game, the "eRep DRAW lottery"
-Drawings for this game will be twice a week. Tickets can be bought using the Endorsement system on each draw announcement.
-Each time the game is not won, the pot will go up based on the engagement, with a minimum raise amount.
-If the game is won, the amount resets to a baseline.
I will also do various other smaller games, drawings, competitions and food-banks a minimum of once a week to encourage further engagement.
-The "eRep Draw" lottery requires US citizenship, however, some games that are not funded by tax money can be played by CODE members unless otherwise given permission by the POTUS or Congress on a case by case bases.
I will create pretty graphics and maybe a dedicated website to help keep the number of articles down and manage everyone's entries.
-- Please keep in mind, tickets can ONLY be bought using the endorsement system, money outside this system (I.E. directly buying tickets) is now allowed. -- This lottery will follow all eRepublik rules and laws.

Why do I need congress approval?
Certain games and giveaways could be funded via tax reserves as well as the games may need to be shouted on the Country Feed, including if there is a winner of the "eRep Draw" game.

How do I know my money is safe, and not being spent?
Weekly and monthly audits will be done for all finances and complete visibility of the lottery will be available after these audits.
