Если стена в Trondelag ниже -300 000, то атаковать Svalbard-Jan-Mayen!

Бойцы! Поздравляю с успешной обороной Nord-Norge!
Как писало Министерство Обороны, нам было запрещено начинать инициативу, на время подписания мира с румынами (48ч.) Т.к. оппозиция румын инициировала закон об импичменте президенту, а во время него законопроект о мире не может быть предложен, то нам разрешили нападать и мы атаковали Норвегию.

Brief explanation:
Soldiers! Congratulations for the great defense of Nord-Norge!
As I MoD told u before, we were not allowed to attack during the process of peace treaty with Romania (48 hours). But the opposite forces in Romania initiated the impeachment of their president and in this case the president can't offer the peace treaty. But now we can attack and we successfully launched 2 attacks on Norway!
