I also like how he also put it out of context, it is in the end an idea suggested by rory towards the government as a solution to help eUK. It is not, like implied here, that Rory is on his own taking initiative, trying to hurt eUK....
I personally don't see how attacking the UK would help stop a PTO, wouldn't that be the point of a PTO, to get the other country whipped?
Getting the country wiped would eliminate congress, which would eliminate CS passes, which would prevent the PTOers bringing in enough friends to elect a PTOer CP.

Just thought I'd let you know, that screenshot has a link in it. Which isn't in the article itself. I suggest whoever took the screenshot should probably check their browser extensions because you've probably got some adware, which isn't all that pleasant.
