TENANCY AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on the 12th day of AUGUST Two Thousand and Eleven (2011) (DAY 1,360 of eRepublik) BETWEEN eNorth Korea (hereinafter called "the Landlord" which expression where the context so admits shall include the ecountry entitled for the time being so the reversion immediately expectant on the term hereby created) and eChina (hereinafter called "the Tenant") of the other part.

WHEREBY:
1. The landlord agrees to let and the Tenant agrees to take the regions and known as eNorth Korea (Hamgyong and Kangwon) to HOLD unto the Tenant from 15th day of August 2011 (DAY 1,363 of eRepublik) for a period of
One (1) Months and the monthly rent of Gold Forty (40) (hereinafter called "the Rent") whereof:
(a) the sum of Gold Ten only (10) shall be the rent of Hamgyong of the said region as bridge to (b); and
(b) the sum of Gold Thirty only (30) shall be the rent of Kangwon of the said region holding resource "Deer";

payable MONTHLY in advanced on the start day of this contract.


THE TENANT HEREBY AGREES WITH THE LANDLORD as follows:
(a) To pay the Rent at the time and in the manner aforesaid without any demand setoff abatement or deduction whatsoever.
(b) Not to assign, sublet or part with the possession of the said regions without the prior consent of the LANDLORD.

(c) To indemnify and pay losses (cost of resistance war/s) in respect of any natural enemy war which had been won by the enemy of THE TENANT to the said regions as quick as possible without prejudice.

(d) THE TENANT agrees to pay or indemnify the LANDLORD against: all the RENT on a full indemnity basis in the event of a breach by THE LANDLORD of any of the provisions hereof.


THE LANDLORD HEREBY AGREES WITH THE TENANT as follows:
(a)To indemnify and pay for losses (the RENT) (in terms of gold / day) in respect of any resistance war which had been won by THE LANDLORD to the said regions and to made arrangement to return the possession of the said regions as quick as possible without prejudice.
(b) Not to assign, sublet or part with the possession of the said regions without the prior consent of the TENANT.
(c) THE LANDLORD agrees to pay or indemnify the TENANT against: all the RENT on a full indemnity basis in the event of a breach by THE LANDLORD of any of the provisions hereof.

This Lease will end on the expiry of the notice and once signed into agreement, amendments &/or can only be made with agreements from both elected President of eNorth Korea and eChina.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands the day and year first abovewritten.
