请先特别注意以下内容，目前由于无头鸡的bug导致nk有44个席位，所有参选人都能被选上。
现在是8个选区，每个选区5个正选，加上5个外卡，有1个选区只有4人参选，因此共44人当选。
而实际上，应该是每个选区4个正选，加上8个外卡，这样才是40个议员.

目前只有一个方法能使Geri125在无头鸡修正bug之后落选。

这个方法就是抬高外卡线，让所有其他选区的第5名的票数比Geri125多，保证修正后的外卡线比Geri125的票数高。

Because of bugs，maybe this time all of above will win the congress for NK have 44 seats!
Anyway,don't vote Geri125 and make sure that all the other's votes are more than Geri125.
