The MI Weekly Report.

These weekly entries will feature various troop stats collected for the week as well as any recent MI news, announcements, or updates... and perhaps the occasional hidden gem...

This Week in the MI

While the last missions finished up their runs, the spike in activity continued - and the amount of rank increases this week beats even last week. The missions and their rewards have even managed to shake up the normal top 5 spots!

Blah blah... services records... blah blah.... forever... blah.

Thursday was the start of the May Company Wars games. And once again Bravo is dominating. This is probably the worst performance by Alpha yet. This month's game is nearly as lopsided as the introductory Branch War games held in March. The thing is, unlike the problem with the first Branch War Games, Alpha and Bravo have roughly the same number of people in the companies - and they all know how to play (theoretically). But Alpha has only managed to get about 35% of their people to participate, while Bravo is near 90%. Plus, those who participate for Bravo, they far surpass Alpha in activity, communication, and coordination. After this month, the Company War Games may have to go on hiatus for a few months until Alpha makes some needed changes.

Anyway, speaking of the Branch War Games...
I'm thinking of doing a second attempt either in late June or early July. I realize the MI will probably dominate again, but hopefully with more advance notice and with the example of the March game, the other branches would be able to muster a better showing. Any suggestions to help balance it/make it more competitive are welcome (like maybe combining some branches into a single team?).
I'm also thinking of having a few other side contests/games, to maybe have a Branch Olympics type thing. Again, if anyone has an suggestions for this, or would like to be involved with the planning/running of this stuff, or would like discussing prepping/organizing your branches - please contact me.

Still no promotions to report....
though there are still open officer positions, especially in Alpha.

I might have to start pushing (or whipping) some people.

Private of the Week

This weekly acknowledgement is for the private who has been the most exceptional in terms of activity and dedication within the Mobile Infantry.

This week's recipient is:

Braden Tyrel Trambly

Hmmm... I think we've seen this combo of private and officer of the week recently.... Oh well, there were several worthy candidates for private of the Week this week, but Trambly edged out the others to win again! As a reward he will be given a bonus 10 Q6 weapons!

If any other privates would like a chance at this award, they should get more active. (especially on IRC!)

Officer of the Week

This weekly acknowledgement is for the officer determined to be the most exceptional in encouraging activity and engaging their troops.

This week's recipient is:

BMai

BMai gets the BMai award yet again. The list of eligible officers was much narrower this week, and BMai was the clear choice after once IRC usage was factored in. As a reward BMai will receive a bonus 10 Q6 weapons!

Congrats to everyone for their accomplishments this week!

MI Troops - work hard and be active and you could be on next week's report.

For those not in the MI -

If your strength is at least 500 and your battlefield rank is Lieutenant or higher (or you can do at least 85 influence per fight barehanded) ...and if you like pie as much as we do, you too could be a member of the Mobile Infantry!!!

Not strong enough for the MI yet or have no experience with a military group?
Then join the eUS Training Corps!
