Bugün sizlere oyun tarihinin en ironik savas grubunun kuruldugunu ilan etmekteyim.
INCI-SS, Kibris'in askeri anlamdaki zayifligini yoketmek, bunun yerine Mobilize, denetlenen, disiplinli bir xkertme makinesi yaratmak icin 2 aylik planlamalar sonucunda bugün hayata gecmis bulunmaktadir.
INCI tarihinde düzenli ordu maalesef kendi sahsi beceriksizlik ve tembelliklerimiz yüzünden bir türlü olusturulamamistir ve bu handikap bugün tüm cephelerde aleyhimize isleyen bir sorundur.

EDENINCI ile bir nebze düzenli ve mobilize takim ruhu yakalayan INCI, bundan sonraki nesillere örnek olmasi icin yeni bir Düzenli Ordu kazanmaktadir.
INCI-SS, her durum ve sartta Kibris'in savunmasini öncelikli hedef edinecek, Mobizasyon yetenegi ile de Kibris'in savasi olmadigi durumlarda EDEN ülkeleri icin savasacaktir.

Politik bir hedefimiz yoktur, politik hedefi olanlari da aramizda kesinlikle istemiyoruz. Biz bir Savas makinesi yaratmak istedik ve yola bu düsünceyi benimseyen kisilerle cikacagiz.

Disiplin bir ordu'nun devamliligini saglayabilmesi icin en temel sarttir, bu yüzden Kati Kurallarimiz olacaktir.
Benim sahsen bu oyunda devam etmemin 2 temel ana unsuru var ve bunlardan 1 tanesini bugün hayata gecirerek aranizdan kesin olarak ayrilmamin önündeki son engellerden birini ortadan kaldiriyorum.

Bu ugurda komün kurulmasi icin zerre kadar ekonomi modülünü sevmesem ve NEFRET dahi etsemde üyelere BELES tank dagitmak icin q5 tank sirketi kuracagim
MU ise birkac saat icerisinde kurulacaktir

* eTR resmi makale ile Kibris'tan özür dileyene kadar bas Düsman'dir
* Fyrom resmi ve ebedi Düsman'dir
* Sirbistan resmi ve ebedi Düsman'dir
* Iran resmi ve ebedi Düsman'dir
* Hergün oyun saati ile 12:00 de operasyon yapilacaktir
* Operasyonlara 3 kez üstüste katilmayan üye gruptan atilir

Today, i declare that we have created the most ironic military unit of the eRepublik, INCI-SS.
This project been planned for two months and now it is ready to rule the new world. The reason that INCI-SS has been created is eliminating the lack of Cyprus' military power while creating a new strong, mobilized, disciplined war machine.
In the history of INCI, unfortunately, there wasn't any mobilized and regular armies because of our incompetence and laziness. Moreover; this handicap returns us negatively in the wars.
With INCI-SS , INCI , which had a little bit feeling of the soul of regular and mobilized military unit with EDENINCI , will acquire a new stabilized and regular army and this will be example for the next generations.
For INCI-SS, Cyprus’ defence and priority will be primary and with the mobiliziation, while Cyprus was not involved in any battles, INCI-SS will fight for the EDEN countries.
About the politics, we won’t be active in politics; thus, we don’t want anyone involved in politics in our military unit. We just want to create an efficient war machine and we will welcome the people who adopt this thoughts.
The first priority of our MU is the disciplination of the army and because of this situation there will be strict rules.
Personally, I have only two reasons to continue this game and today, I’m accomplishing one of them; thus, I’m ignoring one of the reasons to leave from you and this game.

Personally i don’t like , actually hate, the commune economical module, however for the sake of the INCI-SS and for giving away free tanks, I will create a new q5 tank company and MU will be created in few hours and the group avatar will be declared tomorrow.
After accomplished our first aim today, we will be working for accomplising the second and the last aim with working more on the military side; hence, until we achieve that, we won’t give any concessions about our aims.

Our Main Rules:

* INCI is an inseparable Panpas community with every members and the groups that has.
* Personal strife and ambition is strictly prohibited

* Racism is strictly prohibited ( This is the ironic rule)
* Every country that has betrayed to Cyprus will be attacked with NE and RW wars.
* We will fight for EDEN/Terra.
* Opening the swearing and insulting article against enemy countries are free
* eTR is the archenemy until they wish to apologize to Cyprus with an offical article.
* Fyrom is official and eternal enemy
* Iran is official and eternal enemy
* Everyday there will be operation at 12:00 game time.
* The member who doesn’t attend to operations three times in a row will be removed from the MU.
