Congress options for future wipes.
We face a situation where the eUK will not have a Parliament (Congress) elected this month due to a wipe by eArgentina & eSweden. As there isn't any medals.rewards under a dictatorship, I propose options whereby we still elect a chamber of representatives ... of sorts.
Option A
We take Plato's current system for Congress elections as the deemed results, and we calculate the seats for the full 40. The Speaker sets up new PM threads and votes are taken accordingly, the Dictator passing any laws. This is a thumbed-nose at Plato, obviously.
Option B
A slightly more radical idea is that we either don't vote on the 25th or we ignore that result.
This system requires the entire Top 10 parties to set a congress order, or we could just use the party membership in level order.
I've amended my spreadsheet to accommodate this option and the results would be as follows:
It is presumed that there is 100% turnout by the parties and the seats shared accordingly. Also, so that all parties gain at least one seat, I chose an arbitrary congress size of 50 members.
The Congress chamber would look like this:

I'm not currently a Congressman, but I'd love it if the current Congress, CP & Dictator consider this for the upcoming elections.

Under a Dictatorship Congress can't vote anyway ingame anyway, we are realistically just looking at them losing their ig titles if we can work out a vote share.
it's either an unofficial congress or no congress. I've given 2 ways of working the share out. The 2nd doesn't use the in-game mechanics apart from maybe the party list order.
A problem with the idea is the people who would vote for other parties, such as the disgruntled proportion in the UKPP which would seriously affect Ajay's mongress numbers
That is a flaw, and it doesn't help our current situation.
However, people are free to switch parties .. lol
None of you people voted for UKPP last time, except for maybe CD, and we still did well.
How do you know how we voted? It's a secret ballot. You accuse us of all kinds of paranoid behaviour, yet come up with utter tripe such as this...
Believe it or not I voted UKPP last time to give your 'active' players a shot and guess what they fecking failed like a fly doing a kamikaze run at a moving cars windscreen, and to allay your fears this time, yes I will be voting elsewhere. You've proved that you'll stoop to any level, including bribery, to try and win an in-game election, not even BA or Bruce stooped to that level to the best of my knowledge.
The exceptions to the rule being those who are opposed to your crackpot schemes and tinpot mini-dictatorship

I even shouted in my friends feed to try to get CheetahCurtis elected after you put him so low,
He missed by two votes. The DEAL I made with their PP was no lower than 10th. He should've negotiated for higher then.
In terms of keeping congress as a decision making body, surely it's an option, if we are wiped by the 25th, to just keep the congressmen we have now for another month?
That would be the simplest route forwards.
I'd prefer to not have Willy 'represent' me as my views are not to be listened too and i'm not permitted to express them if he had his way, so I've got to go with a no to that.
tbh I'd just go with what game mechanics would have us do and not have a congress.
