Are Poor & Weak players eligible for Tax Exemptions and being a Congress Member.

In this Article I want to discuss about my view about the topic
Are Poor & Weak players eligible for getting Tax Exemption benefits and becoming a Congress Member.
In the present scenario I don't think it's an YES. If you're a newbie or weak and doesn't have deep pockets. Beware and think twice before you decide to run for congress. However the parties are not to be blamed but the other heads of the country who think that a congress member will definitely have a deep pocket.
My analysis is based upon a small discussion in comments from my previous article.
Where our Country Head explains about the concepts of Equivalency and Equality using a small phrases. I was wondering about the concepts explained by him. Does his words make any sense to use those terms.
Country Head states that:
"Everyone pays taxes. Even the poor. That's equivalency. The gov then taking care of people asking for help, that's equality."
My personal analysis is
Even the Weak (Poor) Players should pay taxes equivalent to Senior players to the government. (EQUIVALENCY)
Then the government takes care of people asking for help (Poor and weak players). (EQUALITY)
I will have to pay money as a tax to govt to get help from govt for being poor and weak.
Does that make any sense of doing justice or being helpful to poor and weak players.
In a scenario like this where they want to collect tax from weak players in order to help the people who ask for help.
I wonder whom are they really doing something for the really weak players or for their fav. players who ask for help

the Con-gress has figured about it's own catch 22, you cannot call them (congress members) idiots for behaving as such or you will be banned for stating a true fact ...
If you deserve to be in the congress/govt. you just don't blame ppl, you also suggest alternative solutions.
I have said a democratic way for the problem resolution.
Please check the PM sent by me and reply.

You rejected the food. You rejected the money.
What do you exactly want?
The current highest salary is 785cc. That's 23550 cc per month. You get an additional 5 gold from the Congress Medal. You were requested only 1k cc out of 23550 + 5 gold.
Also, The Congress Medal isn't a right. You didn't claim it through some contribution of effort. We have few players and lots of regions. Anyone who applies, can get the Congress medal.
Remember the Congress thread where I had explained that I signed MPPs with other countries for a particular event that rewarded everyone with a lot of gold for just fighting? Cost us 50k cc. Where do you think we get the money?
Many times, we also out a CO for battles during a tough battle. Once again, where does the money come from?
By the way, The Q1 house costs 3k according to current rates. That will let you work extra and give more energy. The Q1 house is a net profit of 1.9k per week (non fixed)depending on your salary. That's another 8k every month.
Please ask for information. Don't be hostile. I have been constantly asking you to join Discord where daily Jobs updates are posted. Tell me, what can I do if you don't follow the most basic instruction that I constantly share?
It's unfortunate that most new players these days write articles for political gain rather than a genuine desire to building the country.
If you truly cared for the country, you'd message people asking questions, join discord rather than writing hostile articles. Remember - old players here were newbies at some point and the way we learned was ask questions to learn, not to criticize
Do you remember who answered the questions you asked?
Many players in eIndia have been open to help new, poor, and weak players. All you have to do is ask. Houses are too costly for me to donate yet, but if you need food or weapons, I can help you. Not just me, you'll find lots of people.
On a different note, there is no way that we can tax different people differently on eRepublik. Our only options are to either not tax anyone, or tax everyone, and use the money for something productive, if we are to help players of the aforementioned set.
Thank you for coming forward to help.
Run for Congrssfrom Yuuva and we will make you are elected to Congress next time.
Well thanks for your kind gesture.
Will think about it. But my viewpoint is in a different angle.
If not now maybe later I may think about joining in another party.
Personally I dont think people will stop writing articles, call it whatever you want but if they seek fame or political gain through their newspapers then its unavoidable, deal with it. You have to understand their mindset, they are either new or in this case back after a long duration. Sure, they wanna talk but they dont know whom to approach coz some people's hostile replies scare them away. Kudos to srk for not mentioning any names and keeping it clean.
Even I had faced similar articles during my CP terms, where new citizens questioned the source of income and the the amount of Government money by publishing articles. Sure it was irritating and even if I sent a PM or commented on the article, the guy used my reply to publish a new article asking a new question and guess what? Many citizens who were not a part of the Government egged him on to publish more articles!
Anyway he has asked a valid question, can we tax different citizens differently? but very few replies seem to address that query.

It is just not possible. The game mechanics does not allow that. Same tax for all citizens.
