All mess is cleared up with eJapan

I said everything was still under discussion about all things with eJapan these days, now it finally comes to the end.
These days, I have to say sorry for I didn't write any articles about it, because it is really a long negotiation, and to prevent trolls from those unfriendly people.
Anyways, all done today. I will write an official article as a MoFa for all the things in detail soon.
